2つの快適なベッドルームはどちらもエンスイートで、完全にプライベートで同じように配置されています。1つはメインルームの後ろに虹色のモザイクタ���ルで飾られたダブルベッドと最新のシャワールーム、そしてちょうど2つ目のリビングルームです。メインルームの横にはダブルベッド1台、同様にモダンな専用シャワールームがあり、広いモザイクタ���ルと洗濯機が備わります。

Host met us at ferry & guided us to property. Close to shops, restaurants & market. You can navigate the alleys easily with Google Maps. Would highly recommend & stay again

A very well located and well outfitted apartment. The checkin process was excellent with a representive meeting us at the water taxi and taking us to the property. Not much ambience but everything you need and spotlessly clean. Would recommend.

This apartment in Oltrarno is in a great location. The Vikey entry process worked well. We had a few questions for Alessandra and she responded very timely. Apartment was clean and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Silvio met us at the water taxi and escorted us to the apartment, explained things and gave us a brief orientation to Venice and a few recommendations. Very welcoming! Great location. Quiet apartment. Plenty of closet and drawer storage space. Comfortable beds and pillows! Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apt was very clean and spacious - so close to everything, especially the grocery store which is 1 min walking distance. The AC units really helped during the heatwave. Will definitely come back and stay here again!

Perfect location for exploring Venice! The property is very central and just a short walk to the vaporetto, making it easy to get around. Fantastic place to stay while visiting Venice!

Location was perfectly situated to maximize the Venice experience. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Grocery store located within a 1 minute walk! Highly recommend if you are planning a visit to Venice - very easy location to walk to sites, access the canals for water buses, very close to San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge. The rating deserves more than 5 stars!

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment is comfortable and clean. Check in was super easy - we were greeted at the water taxi stop and walked to the apartment where we were shown how to use the heat and washer. We were also given some great suggestions for restaurants. My only suggestion to the host is to install a full-length mirror somewhere in the apartment.

Very nice apartment in Venice

Communication with the property owner and manager was excellent throughout the entire process. Location was great. Amenities in the apartment made our stay very comfortable.

A great apartment in the heart of Venice

We were very pleased with the apartment and it's in a great location right in the heart of Venice and convenient for the main sights. It was modern, clean and well equipped for our 3 night stay.... warm too. The arrival and departure process went smoothly too and we felt well looked after. I'd happily recommend the apartment to friends and family.

Excellent location

The unit was very clean and furnished nicely. We were met at the St. Angelo water bus stop and escorted to the apartment. The unit is equal distance from San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge-about a 5 minute walk to each. There is a burger and beer place very close to the building, but if you close the shutters, it mutes the sound.

Perfect Place in Venice

My daughter and I enjoyed this apartment immensely. The location is central and removed from the tourist chaos that sometimes characterizes Venice. The place was immaculate, extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The showers were great, the beds wonderful and the kitchen well equipped. I would return again and recommend it wholeheartedly to friends and family.

Wonderful stay: clean, convenient & comfortable!

Thank you to the host for an awesome stay in Venice. The apartment was conveniently located between San Marco and the Realto Bridge, next to nice shops and restaurants. It was clean and perfectly comfortable. The host was responsive and super fri melt. We will be back. Grazie!

Beautiful Property, Great Location!

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 11 and 14 year old children. It was a fantastic spot, easy to get to all of the main sites - including the water bus back to the train station, right near a market which was so convenient. The property managers booked a water taxi from the train station for us and met us at the dock - nice touch! The apartment is super clean, modern and beautiful. We would definitely book again if back in Venice. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay in a perfect apartment

Only good things to say about the apartment, starting from the booking process, the communication with the landlord, the welcoming at the pier, the registration process, the perfect apartment, exactly as advertised, very nicely renovated, very clean, with all amenities. Prime location, 50 meters from Campo Manin and the Simply supermarket. Just minutes away from the Rialto and San Marco. We highly recommend this apartment for a party up to 4 people.

Views on Venice was founded in the late 1990’s when the concept of short term apartment rentals was in its infancy and rarely considered an option by most visitors to the city. As a ‘thirty-something’ Venetian excited by the new business and communication opportunities offered by the internet, I decided to link up with a close childhood friend in creating a partnership which, at the time, was a novelty in Venice.
The idea we had in mind was to approach the traditional management of my family’s apartments from an entirely different angle, while at the same time resisting the attentions of those wanting to transform my family's palazzo into a prestigious hotel.
Our aim was to offer these apartments, as well as those of friends, for rental to an international clientele who’d take pleasure in the comfort, freedom and authenticity of ‘living at home as a Venetian’ rather than merely observing the city from the confines of an anonymous hotel room or suite.
The common denominator then, as now, was to offer ‘something extra’ amidst an already extraordinary city - an added dimension which turns a ‘stay’ into an ‘experience’ and a 'dream' into 'reality'.
