Cofisa Coral

This beautiful one-bedroom apartment in Ibizan style is a step away from the rocky beaches of Montañar II in Jávea, and a 10-minute walk from the main sandy beach, bars and restaurants of the popular Arenal.



Special discount applied due to ongoing construction works nearby



The interior, fully equipped and beautifully decorated, has everything necessary for a perfect stay and much more. Air conditioning and 43" smart TVs in the bedroom and living room, a Sonos Bluetooth speaker, capsule and filter coffee machines, all kitchen conveniences, and a spacious bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.



Enjoy your morning coffee from one of the two balconies of the Cofisa Coral, which offers panoramic views of the sea, neighbouring rooftops and the communal gardens and swimming pool. Located on the fourth floor, accessible by lift or stairs, the apartment benefits from the fresh sea breeze during the summer months and the low sun during autumn and winter. Unassigned parking within the development is free with the rental of this property. Please note that when parking is at maximum capacity, it may be necessary to park your vehicle on the roadside outside the development.



JH loves the combination of neutral colours, high-end kitchen and the sense of spaciousness and brightness of this elegant apartment.



Advice JH: Cofisa Coral is located in the same complex as Cofisa Great Blue and Cofisa Vista Mar, and just 150 metres from Montañar Mar, Montañar Beach, Terraza Salonica and Ático Salónica. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!



**Important Information**



1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Perfect apartment for couple

Lovely apartment, very well equipped and great location just a short walk out of Arenal Beach area. Pool and gardens also very nice and very well maintained. Short walk to supermarkets - great place for a break.

Fantastic apartment

Excellent location, very modern, comfortable bed, cannot fault the apartment. The only problem was key to the reception area, there is a knack to getting it into the lock.

Beautifull appartement with a well equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean. The bed is good and there is a nice bathroom. The coach could be a bit nicer to sit on but that could be because it is a sofa bed

a pleasant day in a very nice apartment with two balconies

Very nice compact Apartment in quite an old but clean block It would’ve been helpful for there to have been easy to follow instructions for the appliances rather than simply the manuals for each one , Particularly the cooker oven and microwave combined.

Aangenaam verblijf in een mooi en zeer praktisch ingericht appartement

De totale inrichting van het appartement! De ideale ligging, te voet bereikbaar! Fijn zwembad. komt volledig uit zoals beschreven in de tekst over het appartement. We kwamen iets na sluitingstijd aan, sleutel konden we uit kluisje halen, maar er stond niet bij welk appartement we hadden. Dus zoeken, telefonisch in het begin niet bereikbaar, later wel. Geen fijn begin, maar na het zien van het appartement weer snel vergeten en genoten!

Petit appartement agréable, idéal pour un séjour en couple.

Appartement joliment décoré et parfaitement équipé. Séjour très agréable. Le lit un peu trop mou a notre gout. Il faudrait un petit aspirateur pour faire le ménage rapidement et efficacement (plus pratique que le balai)

Gracias. Es encantador saber que disfrutaron de la propiedad y que lo pasaron muy bien. Desafortunadamente, el aparcamiento privado en este complejo no utiliza espacios asignados y, a veces en el verano puede ser difícil encontrar un espacio. Esperemos que no haya tenido este problema con demasiada frecuencia. Esperamos verle de nuevo en el futuro.

Perfect for two

We thought this apartment was smart, stylish, well equipped and comfortable. When we arrived it was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. It’s position in Javea is great for the Arenal and we frequently drove a little closer to the Port and walked the rest of the way along the rocky beach road. We loved having breakfast and lunch on the balcony and looking at the sea. We felt very safe and parking was easy (we appreciate it will be busier in the high season). To be honest though, you could easily park your car and not use it again if you wanted to. Matt and Jamie at Javea Holidays were very helpful and we will be booking again soon. It would be great to have 2 beach towels or beach chairs to use by the pool or at the beach because the cost of luggage is so high on the flights now- especially if you’re having a short break. This was a minor issue though and we bought 2 sunbed cushions from a local China Bazaar for our stay- we worked out that it was cheaper per day than when we’d paid for sunbed hire on previous holidays abroad.
