Wonderful self catering apartment overlooking the sea. Open plan sitting room, dining and kitchen. Two bedrooms (double and and single, ideal for a child/teenager), family shower room. Balcony overlooking sea. Private entrance and stairs, third floor apartment. Perfect retreat for a few days by the sea or from which to explore the Island. Enjoy the glorious sunsets from the balcony. Self catering

an absolute gem of a find! This beautiful small apartment overlooking the sea was everything we hoped for and more. Exceptionally clean and thoughtfully equipped, it had everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. From the cozy interior to the breathtaking views, every moment spent here felt special. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of care into making this a welcoming and comfortable retreat. I couldn’t recommend it more highly—already dreaming of coming back!

Fantastic views across the Solent.

Very quiet area. Very close to a decent pub for eating out. Take your binoculars, the view across to Portsmouth is always changing, back it up wa 'ship tracking' app and it becomes fascinating! We watched the hovercraft repeatedly crossing from Ryde to Southsea. We took a trip and walked to the Spinaker tower for a pricey, but excellent afternoon tea. A truly memorable day!

Short break to IOW

We had a lovely 2 nights in the crows nest which was such a great find! Views across the Solent are amazing, we loved watching all the boats, ferries, windsurfers and kite boarders from the apartment and balcony. The binoculars at the property were well used by us! We’d definitely stay again, it was a great base for us to get to the IOW steam railway and Sandown by the Downs Breezer open top bus.

George and Juliet look after this lovely apartment for the owner. We have been holidaying on the Isle of Wight all our lives and now live here permanently. George is well known in Seaview for his ice cream shop, a short walk from the flat. We are always available to all our guests in Seaview. We look after a number of properties.
