On a hilltop with stunning views, surrounded by nature on a private land of 10 thousand square meters and with an undisturbed 180 degree sea view, a few kilometers from the long sandy beaches of the Ionian Sea, this brand new and highly comfortable villa is the ideal setting for a memorable holiday with your family or friends. Its four bedrooms, four bathrooms with showers, a large private garden with a swimming pool with hydromassage and a stone tub are just some of its highlights. The picture is completed by the magnificent shaded terrace surrounded by lavender and other Mediterranean plants, the numerous solarium areas furnished with deck chairs and sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue.
The interiors of the villa are modern and fully air-conditioned (cold or hot, depending on the season). The large living room, open to the sea with large windows, is divided into a relaxation area, with a large sofa and TV, and a dining area, with an open kitchen, table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishes, pots, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare your meals.
The four bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed; two of them have an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bathrooms are accessible from the common areas. Your sleep is protected by mosquito nets.
There are even two private and exclusive swimming pools: a large one (about 8x5 metres), open from the beginning of April to the end of October, equipped with hydromassage jets, and an original stone pool, ideal for children or even adults to cool off, with a water recirculation system with sand filter for your maximum hygiene.
Finally, there is a washing machine and a safe.
The villa is located in a quiet and exclusive area. A few kilometers away there are kilometers of sandy beaches, various restaurants and supermarkets.
Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.
Final cleaning is not included and costs €180, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.
We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,42 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.
In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
