Modern 12 berth villa
Positives: villa is clean and modern and PERFECTLY situated for the beach and shops. These two factors overrode the negatives but I feel a large party should bear in mind what I am about to write as I feel a little more effort could be made to welcome the guests.
Considering there were 11 of us, we found the amount of cups/glasses lacking and no tea towels or minimal cleaning products
There was no welcome package which is always a nice touch when arriving at a villa
The air con leaked in the kitchen floor and one of the downstairs rooms.
Bedroom on middle floor (next to kitchen) had a broken handle on its door. On arrival, the sliding door was actually open but my husband managed to get it closed
The gate leading into the villa didn’t have a lock on it which could be problematic with very young children
And bear in mind not everyone is able to sunbathe as there is just not enough room.
This sounds very negative but we could literally be on the beach in a matter of seconds and it is stunning. Consider also the villa is in the shade from 1pm ish which can be a good thing in the extreme heat. However if people like to sunbathe there is the rim of the pool in sun after this time.
