Wonderful holiday home which sleeps up to 11. Located on the outskirts of the village of Plaka in the Apokoronas area west of Chania.
Spacious living accommodation over 2 floors. Delightfully landscaped property with flowers, trees, shrubs, and lawn. Fantastic pool and terrace areas including a large pergola-covered outdoor kitchen with dining table and lounge. Beautiful views to the sea, Souda Bay, the White Mountains and the Akrotiri peninsula.
Ground floor: Entrance/hall, three bedrooms, conservatory with access to the front garden, bathroom, staircase to the first floor.
First floor: Living room with dining area and open kitchen, bathroom, sea facing terrace, access to the pool area, staircase to the mezzanine and roof terrace.
Outdoors: The property’s gem! On the same level as the first floor, there is a large pool area with a pergola-covered outdoor kitchen with dining table and lounge. This pool area also has an outdoor bathroom, and a lawn. The pool can be heated at a supplement during low season. In the garden, right below the pool area is a lovely niche where the Jacuzzi and a (second) outdoor shower is located. The Jacuzzi can be used at a supplement of Euro 300 per week. Next to the main (indoor) kitchen is a second pergola-covered dining area, and on the roof terrace which has lovely views to the sea, yet another pergola-covered dining area and sun loungers.
There is private parking on the property for 2+ cars.

Catering
The Client is responsible for himself, members of his party, and for any visitors he may have within the villa or grounds of the property and liable for any damages that are related in any way to the villa and its contents, pool and grounds. Any such damage must be repaired or replaced prior to departure; if he is unable, then the required payment should be made to the manager. It is prohibited to sublet the villa to any other parties. Noise generated from The Client or equipment that he is using in and around the villa must be kept to a respectable level in consideration of other guests in the neighborhood; music/noise and conversation around the pool must be reduced to a minimum after 11 pm.
