Situated on the top floor of a classic Portoguese-styled building, the apartment is fully furnished with all modern amenities and has a private balcony with spectacular rooftop views.

These include:
- 2 single beds + 1 Queen sized bed
- An extra sofa bed to fit one additional guest
- Exposed wooden beams for a rustic flair
- Kitchen with cookware, cutleries and utensils
- Ironing equipment.

Complimentary coffee and tea is provided for your pleasure. Fresh towels, bedsheets/linens and toiletries are also provided at no extra cost.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done on the day of your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The residential neighbourhood of Rua de São Roque is a central location, not too far from the local train station. The area is quiet and family friendly with a variety of restaurants and bars, a bookstore, a grocery store, and a park. In the heart of the neighbourhood is the Chapel of Souls where it is common to find locals praying. There are also a number of historical buildings including the Luis I Bridge, the Porto Cathedral, and the FC Porto Museum.

The nearest train and tram station is Campanha.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just 20 minutes away by car.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)
