Welcome to my home!
Please be aware that ongoing construction in the vicinity may result in some noise affecting the property.
Bright and minimally furnished, this lovely apartment is close to many of Porto’s top attractions!
Fitted with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, relax in the open living room after a long day in the city.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric stove, an oven, and a microwave.
The 2 bedrooms feature a comfy double bed and 2 single beds respectively. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
While free WiFi is available, the internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.
Please note: Municipal work is currently underway in front of the house to build a new footpath. There may be some machinery and occasional noise during the day. The work is expected to last for 1 to 2 months.

One of the most typical neighbourhoods in the city, Campanhã is close to the heart of the city. The rural traditions live side by side with the recent process of modernisation. Art galleries, cafes and theatre companies are emerging in the neighbourhood and transforming Campanhã.
The neighbourhood is at a close distance from major spots in the city and not far from the Douro River. Its central location and proximity to Faculdade de Belas Artes, combined with the low rental prices, make it a highly searched place among students.
Containing the main train station in the north region, travelling to other Portuguese cities becomes easy in Campanhã.
My home is easily accessible by public transport.
The nearest train station, Campanha, is 7-mins away on foot.
Several buses service the area.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 15-min drive from the apartment.
Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property .
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included).
