Villa Lucente is a magnificent villa in the countryside near Pistoia, with private pool and surrounded by a 45-hectare park with olive groves, fruit trees ideal for relaxing walks in the countryside. The villa is located a kilometer and a half from the small town of Casalguidi, not far from the major art centers such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Pistoia, as well as the famous seaside resorts of Versilia, such as Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio.

Ground Floor: From the main entrance on the ground floor you enter a large living room with direct access through sliding glass doors onto the veranda overlooking the surrounding countryside. This lounge is decorated in a classic style, refined but comfortable, with sofas, fireplace, piano, elegant rugs, dining table and air conditioning.
Next to the living room there is a bathroom (with shower) and a staircase leading to the mezzanine with air conditioning and a double bed. There is also a second living area furnished with rustic furniture with armchairs, a fireplace and a dining table and chairs. Next to this environment there is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The sleeping area is characterized by comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning, exposed beams and pastel colored walls. A double bedroom with private bathroom with shower; another double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and bathtub and exit to the outside. From here you enter another bedroom with two single beds.
The outdoor areas of the villa are divided into various areas that offer guests the opportunity to relax in complete privacy. Guests can dine in the shade of the gazebo, using the barbecue at the back of the villa. The fenced pool is equipped with a dressing room with toilet, refrigerator and outdoor shower; its panoramic position with sunbeds, umbrellas and the lounge area allows guests to enjoy the splendid panorama and an aperitif at sunset. The garden is equipped with aromatic plants, fruit trees, olive groves and is ideal for relaxing walks.
