5 person holiday home in Rømø-By Traum

Renovated terraced house in Feriecenter Rim Rømø where there are lots of joint activities for both large and small. The house on 2 floors has a good open floor plan. On the ground floor there is a large, open kitchen / dining room with new kitchen and direct access to the large private terrace at the back of the house, where you can enjoy the sun undisturbed. At the front of the house there is another terrace with garden furniture where you can follow the day's walk in the holiday center. On the 1st floor there are two good bedrooms, one of which has two single beds that can be put together and another has a double bed and TV. There is also a nice bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is the possibility of 2 more beds on the sofa bed in the living room. In Feriecenter Rim there are many activity opportunities, including indoor and outdoor pool (seasonal), mini golf, tennis courts, ball courts and playgrounds. Short distance to shopping, restaurants, the Wadden Sea, Havneby with the maritime environment and the wide Rømø Sønderstrand. There are only approx. 100 m to 18-hole golf course. There are good shopping opportunities and opportunities to walk along the harbor and down by the Wadden Sea. The atmosphere at the harbor is unique, there are several fish restaurants, small shops and of course you can follow the activity of the fishing boats, which mostly land North Sea prawns. Rømø is known for its kilometer-long and wide sandy beaches with opportunities for many different leisure activities such as kitesurfing, beach sailing, kite flying and beach volleyball. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
