With two comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom, it’s ideal for families or small groups. The open-plan layout features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, and tea and coffee maker—everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Step outside onto your private terrace, where you can unwind with a book or enjoy a quiet meal outdoors.

The apartment includes thoughtful amenities like free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and a dedicated barbecue area, creating the perfect balance between comfort and convenience. Pet lovers will appreciate that the property is pet-friendly, so your furry companions are welcome to join the adventure.

Conveniently located just 1.8 km from the wide sands of Sønderstrand Beach and 42 km from the historic Ribe Cathedral, this property allows you to explore both coastal beauty and Danish heritage. Reception staff speak Danish, German, and English, ready to assist you throughout your stay.

Please note: A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings and usage, with any remaining balance refunded within 21 days after checkout.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

In die Jahre gekommene fewo

Die fewo ist sauber, funktional und i.o. aber sie ist wirklich schon sehr in die jahre gekommen. Es müsste mal etwas gemacht werden. Z.b. die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert aber die weiße plastik ist nicht mehr weiß (und auch durch putzen nicht mehr weiß zu bekommen). Auf dem Sofa liegt auf der sitzfläche eine decke, welche die Flecken auf dem sofa vertuschen soll. Aber diese decke hat auch schon flecken, genauso wie die couchkissen... Die 3 Pools sind toll. Aber auch an den Gemeinschaftsräumen sieht man dass sie schon etwas älter sind...Also grundsätzlich ok aber bisschen moderner...wäre mir das nächste mal angenehmer. Kommunikation mit der verwaltung über mail dauert Tage. Wir hatten den Grill nicht wie alle anderen auf unserer Terrasse stehen und haben sonntags eine mail geschrieben. Am Donnerstag (2 Tage vor Abreise) kam dann jemand und wollte es uns zeigen aber da hatten wir ihn schon in einem offenen verschlag unter der Terrasse gefunden...
