**This wonderful property has returned to our portfolio under new ownership following an upgrade in 2025...
The Staircase is a beautifully refurbished Cotswold holiday home which sleeps four guests, in two bedrooms, each with their own modern bathroom. Throughout the property, original features such as Cotswold stone walls and exposed wooden beams have been lovingly restored and, when paired with the interiors, create a wonderful homely atmosphere. The Staircase benefits from a well-equipped kitchen, two living areas and a central location in Stow-on-the-Wold's market square. It is also a dog friendly holiday home, welcoming two medium sized dogs!
Accommodation
This two bedroom holiday home in Stow-on-the-Wold is perfectly suited for those looking for a family retreat in a quintessential Cotswold town. The luxury Cotswold accommodation is laid out as follows:

Gated entrance to a shared courtyard
First Floor
The Staircase is accessed via an external staircase and is laid out across the first and second floor
Sitting/dining room
Open plan layout with two-seater sofa, two armchairs, Smart TV (account holders only), record player with selection of vinyl records, and dining table with seating for four
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with double oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière, washing machine/tumble dryer and breakfast bar with two stools
Primary bedroom with ensuite (Sleeps 2)
King size bed, chest of drawers, large built-in wardrobe and integrated mirror, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes rack and vacuum
Ensuite with rain shower and separate handheld shower attachment, loo, basin and heated towel rail
Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2)
King size bed (can be two 75cm wide single beds on request), two bedside tables, clothes rail and hairdryer
Shower room
Insignia rain shower complete with jets, separate handheld shower attachment and sound system, loo, basin, magnifying mirror and heated towel rail

The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic)
Free on street parking is available a short walk away from the property
1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

The Stow Horse Fair is held twice a year, typically on the Thursday closest to 12th May and the Thursday closest to 24th October, however, we would recommend checking the exact date ahead of placing your booking. This is a traditional fair for gypsies and travelling people to meet up and trade which dates back to 1476 when its Charter was granted. Stow is very busy for a day or two before and after each fair, and a number of shops, pubs and restaurants are closed. Whilst many visitors enjoy the colour and vibrancy associated with the fairs, other visitors prefer to avoid Stow on these dates
