On the ground floor, there is one double, one twin and two full bathrooms, a further twin bedroom is upstairs, it's particularly spacious and accessed via a staircase directly into the room, from here you also have access to a large private terrace with wonderful far-reaching views. Downstairs, the open plan living room has ample space for all the family, with comfortable seating around the ornamental fireplace, a flat-screen TV, dining table/chairs and the beamed ceilings and detailed wrought ironwork on the windows create a real Spanish feel. The fully equipped country-style kitchen adjoins the living room and has plenty of storage and a small breakfast bar. The attractive outside space includes a private pool, brick-built barbecue and a wrap-around covered terrace. The pool and sunbathing area is surrounded by a tiled terrace and edged with a small lawn - perfect for sunbathing whilst the terrace is furnished with a large table, benches, and a chill-out seating area.
