The bright whitened typical Lisbon's light comes in from the charming windows in the living area, where a convertible couch, two armchairs and a TV will allow you the best relax time, after a day out. Right next to it, there's the dinner area, equipped with a table and seats for 4.

Don't miss the opportunity to try cooking a traditional Portuguese meal, in the fantastic open kitchen, fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery you’ll need, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave.

There are two bedrooms in the flat, both equipped with wardrobe: one of them features a double bed and the other one, two twin beds. Nice, complementary hotel-quality linens will be available, for your comfort.

Two bathrooms are also at your disposal, with all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

Your health and safety come first, so we follow an enhanced cleaning protocol with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The Portuguese Parliament is just opposite the street and the wonderful Basílica da Estrela (as well as its viewpoint) and the fantastic Estrela Garden are 700 m far!
Walking down towards the river area (Cais do Sodré) will take you no more than 15 minutes and from there it's so easy to go and discover the whole city center, either by using the old Tram vehicles or on foot.
You can also walk to Marquês de Pombal area instead, for discovering a different area of Lisbon and its great new Avenues. You couldn't be in a better location, really, so pick your choice and feel the ambiance!

Several bus lines are available, allowing you to reach almost any place in Lisbon and, of course, you shouldn't miss the chance to use the traditional Tram line, which you can get nearby, as well.
Travelling to Lisbon Airport takes you around 25 minutes by car and less than 1 hour using public transport (metro and tram).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
