The flat was in a great location, close to all the sights of Lisbon but also a quiet part of town near great restaurants and gelato shops. The communication was excellent and so was the service. Very helpful and friendly I would highly recommend this accommodation

Great trip

This place was perfect for our first time in Lisbonne. We did not need a car, we were able to walk everywhere from there. The apartment had the basic necessities. Great stay overall!

Great for a city break

Excellent location and vibrant neighbourhood. Apartment cosy for 2 couples but comfortable beds, lots of hot water and well equipped kitchen.

Royal Lightness apartment

A very comfortable, quiet 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, centrally located for visiting the main tourist sites. Handy shops and restaurants nearby, and just steps from a beautiful park shaded by mature trees. Glen was very responsive to our requests and check in was easy.

Our first visit to Lisbon and it’s always hard picking a place. We were nicely located with easy access to all the things we wanted to see. The place was cozy and my family of four all had the room we needed. I would come here again.

Good apartment to stay at for few days, close to restaurants and a park 1 minute away. On the small side and not for those looking for luxury. Did not care for the master bedroom, very tiny and no door at the ensuite bathroom. There was also a musty smells probably coming from the bathroom. Property manager was easy to talk to and very helpful. Would recommend this for a short stay.

Great location!

Royal lightness was a great base for our stay in Lisbon. The nearby park had coffee, bakeries, and cute restaurants. We ate there almost every day! The unit was clean, but we were not prepared for the steep stairs. We were an older group - 60s and 70s, so navigating the stairs with our luggage was very challenging. It’s a cute, small apartment but I’d only suggest it for younger travelers.

A great place close to many attractions

Our greeter, Paulo, met us at the scheduled time and provided an overview of the place. We walked to many attractions, and enjoyed the nearby grocery store, gelato place and restaurants. The VRBO had everything we needed. We used the kitchen for simple meals, the beds were comfortable and we greatly enjoyed having 2 bathrooms between the 3 of us. We mentioned the showerhead was broken and it was quickly fixed. A fantastic stay! Thanks Glenn and Paulo. thrthe area's

Well located but tight

It’s definitely a squeeze of a spot - would say 3 people max. The location is great and check in was smooth. However, the apartment felt a little unclean and there was soot coming out of the air conditioners - so we found black ash on the sheets after running the ACs. Also, the ACs were not really cooling the rooms - more acting like fans. It was fine for us as it cooled off in the evening but would flag if you’re visiting on a hotter day. Overall, a fine stay for the price!

Location was amazing

I honestly didn't do a ton of research on Lisbon before booking everything. The location here was within a descent walking distance to the water front and other major areas. The park just at the end of the street had everything from pizza, Indian, cafes, bistro, wine bars and a little mini Mart. I made the joke that I could have just stayed in the area. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Paulo was friendly and helped make the checkin process easy. Glenn checked in with us a few times throughout the week to ensure we had everything we needed. Would book here again.

Staircase was very narrow and very steep. The bedrooms were so small, we could only roll our suitcase into the first bedroom and there wasn’t enough room to open the suitcases. The small sofa was stained and there wasn’t even one foot of space between the little kitchen table and the stove or the fridge. We’ve stayed in the old towns of other cities and knew what to expect but this was
