Great family getaway!

We recently celebrated my 50th birthday with a family gathering in this beautiful home. It was a perfect place to spend time together with plenty of room to spread out comfortably. There were lots of games to play, the kitchen is very well stocked - we made several big family meals - and everyone had a fabulous time! Highly recommend this home for a relaxed getaway with friends / family.

The most amazing stay!

My family and I (10 of us) rented this house over the Christmas holiday season and this was our first trip to Atlanta!The house was lovely, spacious, clean and allowed us to relax individually but come together regularly during the day to enjoy meals, have family game night, watch sports and plan our daily excursions to explore Atlanta. Michael and his team were phenomenal and responsive the very few times we had to reach out with questions.

Fantastic Home-base for bigger groups - and everyone still have privacy!

Our stay was extremely positive - fantastic location with lots to do nearby, easy to find, easy to park, great communication, FANTASTIC home, well equiped and privacy for all our folks! We had an informal in-person business event and this was the great landing place for the out-of-towners. Will certainly look into it's availability the next time we need something like this in ATL!

Spacious space for a family gathering

We recently stayed at this beautiful, spacious home with our family while attending a memorial service. The home provided the perfect setting for us to gather and share memories. The space was incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, accommodating everyone with ease. The atmosphere and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. We are so grateful for this lovely space and would highly recommend it if you are looking for a great place to stay.

Huge House - Perfect Location

Incredible, clean, beautiful property. The host and staff were wonderful and quick to reply to any questions. This place is centralized in Buckhead, very unique to find a place that can accommodate so many family members right in the middle of where you want to be!!

Great fit for the whole group

We have a group of long-time friends that travel annually to different cities in our quest to see all major league baseball stadiums. So we have stayed in many short-term rental houses. This property fit our group extremely well. The house was as advertised and well maintained. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and beautiful.

Spacious home in a great location

This was a great place to stay with our adult children. Fantastic location, felt safe and secure. Spacious bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, ample space for all. Host was in contact before, during and after.

Great house with lots of space

Communication with the hosts was great. They made it super easy. If you want to have a raging kegger this isn't your house or neighborhood, but if you are looking for somewhere that 7ish people can stay and sleep, in a great Atlanta location, definitely check out this listing. It was warm, so we didn't spend time outside, but the yard was well maintained. All in all, a beautiful property.

Family Gathering

The house is very nice, clean and comfortable. A large home - large rooms, plenty of bathrooms, in a nice clean neighborhood.. My only suggestion is to get more chairs for the bedrooms.

Michael was a joy to work with, the house is decorated beautifully! Easy drive to and from airport, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The appliances are amazing and kitchen is well stocked w dishes etc. Comfortable beds and lots of towels etc Quiet neighbours, lovely treed property. Would love to come back again!

Spacious and High Quality in Happening Locale

If you like high quality accommodations in an affluent neighborhood, then this property is one for you. Shops, restaurants, and grocery are within steps of the front door although driving is recommended. This new accommodation (built in 2017) delivers up to date decor and technology and private bathroom access for every bedroom with highly comfortable appointments. I only wish there were TVs in every room. This home is strictly used as a VRBO so you aren’t staying in someone’s personal space as I’ve found in other VRBOs. There were no personal affects which leave an oasis for you the guest. . My family met in this central location for a Christmas gathering. Family members are still raving about the home. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful New Home

We rented this home for my 50th birthday celebration due to number of bedrooms and the VRBO description stating that it was 'great for gatherings'. While there were certainly the sleeping quarters-- the home was not equipped to host a gathering. The kitchen was not fully stocked or functioning-- especially for a 'gathering'. There are no options for outdoor seating (beautiful porches, though) and little options for indoor seating. Lastly, be prepared for many undisclosed RULES. Now for the good news- the home was in a good location, clean and very spacious! Michael answered all questions in a timely manner.

Disappointing and not worth the cost

I never leave bad reviews, but we spent over 4K for a three night stay, and this house just did not fit that bill. I have a limit on characters and no pic upload option: -Heavy fragrance/cleaner was nauseating walking into the home. Floor was so dirty that we ended up at Target to purchase slippers for the trip, it was blackening our socks. -Black mold covering the ceiling of the master bath shower. We immediately removed all items that we had unpacked from that side of the home, & tried to close off that bath/bedroom totally, b/c we did not want health issues, or for our items to be covered in spores. The air return is in that master bedroom though, and the thermostat for the upper floor is in that bedroom. We could not even sleep in the master, nor did we want to use that bathroom. Black mold needs remediation by professionals-Stink bugs in upper floor bedroom/killed multiple spiders in bedrooms -Work crew blasting power tools/blowers at sunrise our first morning for yardwork at the home. Woke up everyone, & blew dirt on our vehicle-Owner offered us a move, but we had full days planned with tickets where we would have to be away from the home long hours, both days there. We had no time & fully unpacked before realizing all issues, with a family meeting us there on Saturday for lunch, mid-day from out of town. Could not have them coming to the house to help us move, due to home issues that should have been addressed before we ever arrived. Super upset/no refund offered

Beautiful property

Let me start by saying, Michael is excellent with communication from pre-booking all the way through check-out. We rented this house for my niece’s wedding weekend to have a place for the Bridal Party to get ready. It was perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and well furnished/equipped. The garage fits 2 cars easily, and the driveway can also hold at least 4 cars. The photographer loved all of the natural lighting this home offered. The backyard had plenty of room for the kids to run and play. Michael does have a rule about no shoes in the house - but that’s okay. We ordered lots of fun socks and left them in a basket by the door. It was an easy accommodation and well worth it. Beautiful open kitchen with a large refrigerator and gas stove made cooking at home easy. Great location as well - Target and Publix are less than 5 minutes away, as well as Tiffany, Versace and other stores. I would definitely recommend this property (and probably others that he may own). I would have liked for towel racks to have been in the restrooms. I’m guessing since the home his fairly new, he hadn’t gotten to that!

Attentive Host

Michael was a very attentive host especially when the refrigerator didn't work. He had the repairman at the house as soon as we arrived. Although the fridge couldn't be repaired right away, he had a mini fridge for us immediately. The house itself was spotless. With a group of 14 we really appreciated the number of rooms and the fact that the sofa and chairs in the living room opened into 2 twin and 1 queen bed. There were plenty of linens and pillows to accommodate and even air mattresses should we choose to use them (we didn't). If we wanted for anything it was for more seating. There is a beautiful back porch with ceiling fans that could use some outdoor furniture. The dining table seats 8 so we brought a couple of card tables and chairs to accommodate our group. Bathrooms were furnished with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house had plenty of kleenex for those with the allergies! The washer and dryer were supplied with detergent, softener and bleach. And the dishwasher had detergent as well. There was plentiful supply of garbage bags. The check out process was smooth and easy. We definitely will be back again....and look forward to a new refrigerator!

This home is a new construction with beautiful finishes. Located in Buckhead, close to Lenox Mall & Phipps Plaza on a safe residential street. Location is second to none! Easy access to highways for getting around Atlanta. Most of all, a very responsive host - just in case you need something during your stay.
