Veracruz 20-D Deluxe Apartment Levante Beach

Exclusive design apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the same building. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (1 en suite) and capacity for 6 people.

70 m² accommodation that is beautiful and renovated, it has a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay, and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed internet access via fiber (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community pool + children's pool open during season (05/01 to 10/31), outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 3 Smart TV televisions, iron, hair dryer.



The American kitchen with an induction island, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and juicer.



- The key delivery and check-in is done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, Bajos Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of 200€ is retained on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash in its absence.

- Check-in from 4:30 PM (high season from 6:00 PM)

- Check out before 11:00 am

Clean, modern apartment. With all the facilities you would ever need. Nice balcony with views over the beach. 5-10 min walk to the main strip. Two bathrooms. Couldn&#039t really fault the accommodation but like previous reviews it could have done with a full length mirror somewhere. No sunbeds by the pool. Lifts are on the older side and are a bit slow and small (4 persons max).

Wonderful views from a beautiful apartment.

Perfect place to stay very good value for money.

The location of the property is ideal. Right on the beach. Fantastic views excellent facilities. The key collection place is literally not far from the property which was idea when we had an early flight to catch. We really needed a full length mirror in the property.

Awesome ocean view from 20th floor

The building was right in front of the beach and boardwalk. The unit was on the 20th floor and facing the beautiful crystal beach. I worked remotely outside on the balcony for 4 out of 5 nights with the ocean breeze and seagulls flying past me. While my husband and i worked from 5pm to 2am, my 16 yo daughter and her friend had tons of things to do like walk the boardwalk, old town benidorm, amusement park at terre mitica , shopping, and eating. We visited the town next door, altea. We also did a paddleboard tour around the coast, the water was beautiful, crystal clear water. The beach right in front had some rocky places so if you wanted all sand you would have to walk a short walk to the left of right. The building had good security. The building had a maintenance guy named, juan, who was there most of the days, greeting you and helping you find the pool and the exterior garage cans. The building also had a really nice pool, which was never crowded when we used it. They had nice showers to wash off the sand. It worked out very well for us We would stay again. The 2 showers were the smaller european size so if you are on the larger size could be difficult to use.

Amazing views & the sound of the sea Light & airy Space & comfort Walking distance to all areas Supermarket next door There was a bad smell at times not sure if it was outside the apartment. Fantastic stay in a stunning apartment

The property is in a fantastic location on the beach front and close to all amenities. It is evident it has been newly refurbished to a really high standard and has everything you could wish for during your stay. Collection and drop off of keys was very easy either way the office being a 3 minute walk from the apartment. There is quite a bad smell from the drains, however having purchased some drain cleaner and air freshener this was elevated.

We stayed in one of the best apartments in the Levante area.

The location! The view is fabulous. Modern decor and furnishings. Not far from entertainment and bus stops. The caretaker is really welcoming and helpful. I missed a full length mirror. There was a perfect spot for one to be added, between the shower room and second bedroom.

Von der schönen Unterkunft in wenigen Schritten am Strand - das passte vorzüglich!

Lage und Aussicht vom 20. Stockwerk aus war hervorragend! Auch die Nähe zum Strand war natürlich ein grosser Vorteil! Viele Möglichkeiten zum essen und trinken. Es gab für jede(n) etwas passendes! :-) Auch die Klimaanlage war hervorragend mit den Abstufungen. Im Badezimmer hatte es keinen Haken um vielleicht das Nécessaire oder andere Sachen aufzuhängen. Ablagefläche, zum Beispiel ein kleines Kästchen, könnte wertvoll sein.

La ubicación excelente con vistas increíbles en primera línea de la plaza Levante y muy bien la reforma del apartamento Me habría gustado disponer de luces indirectas en el salón, solo hay luces (y muchas) en el techo que acaban por molestar. La TV no funcionaba del todo bien, no sé si por el mando u otra causa. De todo lo demás, perfecto.
