Renovated apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, with direct access to it. It has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.

Spacious and very bright 98 m² accommodation, with panoramic views of the sea and the bay.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning and heat pump heating only in the living room, covered parking in the same building, children's area, fans, 1 Smart TV, iron, hairdryer.

The independent central gas kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Great location!

Beautiful spacious apartment overlooking Levante beach. Perfect location and very clean. The beds were very basic, single beds but were ok.

From the moment we walked in we could see it had been well maintained and was clean and spacious. We had a slight problem with a toilet flush and they fixed it asap. We would stay here again Would be nice to have some washing up liquid, cleaning sponge and tea towel left for each change over

Beautiful apartment with fabulous views in an awesome location

Fabulous apartment in an awesome location. Stunning views of the beach. Lounge area was perfect TV was a pain to log into - had to sign in to my own Google account to get it working. No instructions left. Would have been 💯 if a small bottle of washing up liquid was left with the kitchen cloths & tea towel. Would def return / recommend

Kleine storingen

De service van het office was prima en snel, bravo. Aangezien we paar kleine problemen hadden met de douche en airco, contact opgenomen met het office. Deze stuurde direct een monteur om de problemen op te lossen. Voor de douche, die geen heet water gaf, heeft hij ca 1,5 uur gedraaid aan allerlei knoppen van ketel . Geen oplossing. Na zelf onderzoek bleek het probleem, een douchekop geheel dicht door kalkresten. Oplossing, we hebben een nieuwe douchekop gekocht en geplaatst en probleem was opgelost. Bij storing van airco, heeft monteur ca 1 uur gekeken op de afstandsbediening en andere handelingen, probleem op gelost. Gehele oplossing, misschien een andere monteur inschakelen.

Vistas muy bonitas

Que está muy céntrico y con parking gratuito. El apartamento muy limpio y vistas espectaculares Que te dejan muy poco tiempo sobre todo si vas solo para un día, ni 24 horas. Te dejan entrar muy tarde y tienes que salir demasiado pronto

Hola, Carmen. Muchas gracias por comentar, nos alegra muchísimo que le hayan gustado las vistas y esperamos que se haya sentido cómoda. Es cierto que para una estancia de un día se puede hacer corto, pero necesitamos establecer la hora de entrada a las 16:30, porque necesitamos dejar el apartamento a punto de limpieza y desperfectos y porque el cliente anterior sale a las 11:00. De todos modos, solemos facilitar las llaves en cuanto lo tenemos listo, para que el huésped no tenga que esperar. Lamentamos que este no haya sido el caso... Esperamos que así sea en futuras ocasiones. Un cordial saludo.

Justo frente a la playa

La ubicación en pleno paseo de la playa de Levante. La amplitud del apartamento. Las vistas espectaculares. La mala insonorización del apartamento. Se escuchan las conversaciones de los vecinos como si estuvieran en el apartamento. Faltan más productos básicos, gel, champú, más lavavajillas ya que para pasar unos días no es lógico comprar un bote...
