Luxury villa with marvellous terrace overlooking the sea

Villa Liliana is an captivating, comfortable three-storey villa on the Sorrento coast, facing the island of Capri. The villa is about 250 square meters, can accommodate 24 people and has a private swimming pool, numerous private terraces with sea views, private parking, a private garden, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. You’ll enjoy a stunning view from Villa Liliana of the island of Capri, the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius.

You’ll be about 3 km from Massa Lubrense, where you’ll find restaurants, shops and the bus stop. Massa Lubrense is the land of the Sirens, a place where myth meets history and a land of natural beauty and excellent gastronomy. It’s the town of olive oil, Provolone del Monaco, lemons and limoncello. The commune boasts the splendid Punta Campanella natural marine reserve and the Bay of Ieranto. It’s also on the tip of the Sorrento peninsula which separates the Gulf of Naples from the Amalfi Coast on the Gulf of Salerno.

You’ll find a grocery shop just 1.5 km away and the closest beach is about 2 km away.

To stay at Villa Liliana you will need a car, which you can park on the premises. There are no steps between the parking area and the villa.

Perched on the green plateaux of the Lubrense coast, the villa enjoys a wonderful view of Capri, Ischia and the Gulf of Naples, all the way to Vesuvius. The villa is surrounded by a two-hectare garden with Mediterranean plants, olive groves, lemon groves and fruit trees.

THE PRIVATE POOL is 8 x 12 m and ranges from 20 cm to 2.2 m deep. The pool area is furnished with chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and is fitted with an outdoor shower. Here, you’ll also find a bathroom containing a sink and a toilet. You’ll enjoy a breathtaking view from the pool of the island of Capri, the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius in the distance. The pool is available from the beginning of May until the end of October.

THE PRIVATE GARDEN is 2000 m2 in size and is partly shaded by trees and an old lemon tree pergola. It’s furnished with a table, chairs, two parasols, deck chairs and sun loungers. You’ll find an area with children's games in the garden, from where you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
UPPER FLOOR
THE PRIVATE TERRACE is 150 square meters in size and is partly shaded by an awning. It’s furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, tables, chairs, an outdoor shower and a portable barbecue. You’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Capri from the terrace, which is accessed by descending three steps from the kitchen.

THE DINING ROOM contains a dining table for 24 people, a television with satellite channels, a DVD player and a CD player. The room has a small balcony with a view of the sea and Capri. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating.

THE KITCHEN is a professional kitchen, fitted with a five-hob gas stove, an electric oven, a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Moka coffee pot and other small appliances. From the kitchen, you’ll have access to the terrace with sea view.

THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed (on request can became 2 single beds) and a television with satellite channels. You’ll have access onto the terrace with sea view through a French window in the bedroom. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Access to the first bedroom is from the dining room.

THE FIRST BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet, shower and a hairdryer. Access to the bathroom is from the dining room.

MIDDLE FLOOR
THE SECOND TERRACE is shaded by an elegant gazebo and is furnished with tables and chairs. You’ll enjoy a lovely view of the swimming pool and the garden from the terrace.

THE VERANDA is furnished with three sofas, a television with satellite channels and a table and chairs. You’ll enjoy a wide view of the surrounding greenery and a partial view of the sea from the veranda.

The living room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You’ll have access onto the terrace through a French window in the living room .

Security deposit: 1,500.00 euros. The security deposit will be returned on the day of departure in case of no damage done to the property.

• Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 5 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
• For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.
• Damage deposit: 1.500,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
• Electricity is included up to a maximum consumption per week of 300 KW: the extra KWs are to be paid on the premises according to consumption.

To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. the balance payment is due within 60 days prior to arrival. The villa applies a NON REFUNDABLE cancellation policy always.
