Villa Night Flower is located in Chalepa area, just a short drive away from Chania picturesque old town. While being close to the city, the area is very peaceful and enjoys splendid nature and Chania town views.
Layout
Villa Night Flower is a Green, A+ energy class Villa, with photovoltaics and autonomous air conditioning in every room, respecting the environment, while offering top quality accommodation at the same time. The whole building has energy efficient, thermal insulating, soundproofing windows creating an ideal environment throughout the seasons. The 260 m2 property spreads in three levels and can comfortably accommodate eight guests in its four bedrooms.
Indoors
Ground Floor
The cozy open plan layout of the ground floor of Villa Night Flower consists of the living room with a lounging area, coffee tables, 55 HDTV and fireplace, as well as an indoor dining area for eight guests just besides the seating area. The fully equipped kitchen offers an island counter and a second dining area for four, enabling you to try your cooking skills on some cretan recipes. One bedroom with a King bed (1,60 x 2,00 ) with a Cocomat mattress and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin is also located on this level and a common use WC is also available next to the bedroom.
First Floor
The three remaining bedrooms of the Villa are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and a King bed (1,60 x 2,00). The second bedroom features a double bed (1,40 x 2,00), while the last one offers two single beds set up as Queen, that can also be separated upon advance request. All three first floor bedrooms are equipped with high quality Cocomat mattresses, 32 smart TVs and have double patio doors providing direct access to a spacious veranda equipped with a sitting area overlooking the pool and garden and enjoying wonderful views of the surrounding area and Chania town.. The bedrooms are equipped with electric shutters, as well as second wooden shutter out doors providing complete shade, allowing you to enjoy a perfect nights sleep and get your well deserved rest. Last but not least, an additional family bathroom can be found on the first floor which features a shower cabin.
Lower Level
To make things better, a playroom gym room is situated on the lower level of the villa features a ping pong table, sofa, 65 TV and a Playstation 5 which will keep you busy and connect you with your loved ones. Additionally, the gym with treadmill, elliptical machine, multi gym apparatus and pilates balls will ensure you will stay in shape during your holiday, too. An additional bathroom featuring a shower cabin can be found next to the gym area, as well. Finally a laundry room with a washing machine is situated on the lower level.
Outdoor area
The exterior of Villa Night Flower is beautifully landscaped and it covers 1,400m2. The outdoor area offers many facilities that facilitate the summer outdoor lifestyle including:
- A private, 40 sq.m. salt water, biological swimming pool with ladder access , 1,50 m deep. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge upon advance request for the entire stay.
-The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower and an umbrella so you can enjoy sunbathing at comfort. A wooden deck covers the pool area and surrounds the building from one side, providing a non-slip surface for our guests.
- The BBQ facilities offer both a charcoal and a gas grill, an oven and an outdoor sink, offering ample opportunity to cook your family meals outdoors, while the shaded dining area under the shade of the pergola invites you to enjoy al fresco dining.
- Two outdoor sitting areas: one next to the BBQ with direct access to the kitchen and the other next to the pool with direct access to the living room. Both offer space for all guests to enjoy the sun and pool terrace.
- A few steps offer access to the spacious lawn covered area ideal for the kids to play. Another part of the garden is covered with gravel while various plants, herbs and flowers add a relaxing vibe to the garden.
- Shaded parking space for two cars outside the Villa with a gate offers access to the garden and the Villa entrance.
- The whole Villa is fully fenced and has a second separate gated private entrance offering security.
