Splendid design apartment furnished in vintage style,in the heart of Bologna, a few steps away from the main attractions, in a residential and well-served area.



The apartment is ideal for groups or families who do not want to give up on stays in stylish and design locations, with attention to the smallest details.

The entrance leads directly to the bright living area, enriched with a typical marble floor from the 60’s and features a dining room, a sitting room with two comfortable sofa beds in eccentric colors, and an independent well-equipped kitchen and furnished with a snack table with stools, perfect for breakfasts.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one of which has a queen bed and the other one has two single beds, both furnished with a desk and a leather armchair. Two bathrooms with showers complete the apartment.



*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.



*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.



Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.



Around 1 km from the apartment there is the central train station while the airport is 20 minutes away by car.

Quick stop in Bologna

Overall we were pretty disappointed with this property. A lot of little things we had to deal with for a 2 night stay: the WIFI instructions were not up to date, the washing machine didn’t work, the sofa beds were collapsing on us, and A/C was not very good (but also not terribly surprising for Europe), trash was to be removed, but key was not provided to do so. But the worst was a terrible leak in the guest shower enclosure which rendered it virtually unusable and for a group of 8, made it pretty tricky to use one shower. Positive was it was a great location, right between Bologna Centrale (train station) and Piazza Maggiore and overall was very clean.

Excellent location

We absolutely loved the location of this apartment. We were greeted by the company representative Paola, who was very kind and friendly. We definitely expected a vintage apartment but I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness considering the hefty cleaning fee that is charged. Convenient two bathrooms was wonderful with two kids however one of the toilet seats was cracked and it made for a tricky sit so you didn't get pinched. Although AC was in the unit, we opted to use the windows like locals. There were debris in most of them. I don't expect working screens or shutters but renting to families, I do expect them to be clear of screws and sharp objects. The apartment was very dusty which for the hefty cleaning fee charged, means they need a new cleaning crew or they're not fully cleaning between rentals. Lastly, they do not leave anything in the kitchen but paper towels. No complimentary bottled water, salt/pepper, sugar, or even coffee (however they did have a Moka.) We just chose to eat out and get our caffe in the morning down the block. All in all, if you're just looking for a super convenient location...it definitely meets that need.
There was heavy dust on everything.
Almost all the windows were filled with debris.
Hole in the wall unrepaired.

Good location and space

Was a good stay. Place is adequate for 4-5 but not exceptional. Beds were not comfortable. Location was good to city center and shops within walking distance. I would rate a 6/10

Beautiful apartment in great location

Our stay in November was wonderful. The location is very convenient for exploring the city center and enjoying the many delicious restaurants in Bologna! I'm not sure that the kitchen is the best equipped for much cooking, since we didn't use it except for coffee and snacks, but in Bologna, you need to eat out! The beds were comfortable and the decor was very cool. Since it's in the pedestrian center there is not a lot of traffic noise. It can be difficult to find parking nearby, but we walked from the train station (1 km - easy without heavy bags). We had a lovely stay!

Great location

The apartment was comfortable, plenty of room for two women and very secure. The area felt safe for walking at any time of the day/night. There was an issue with no hot water which was resolved the next day; to be expected in these very old buildings. We could not get the clothes washer work. Apartment is within easy walking distance to many points of interest, food, and shopping. Would recommend for a stay.

Good location, well managed

We liked the location of the apartment very much, close to the historic center and the train station. It was spacious and comfortable for the four of us. I was impressed with the responsiveness of the management. We reported an issue with an appliance. The next day there was a repairmen investigating.

Spacious apartment, Great Location

We stayed for 15 days, taking day trips by train to nearby sites. The apartment is located about halfway between the train station and the main square of Bologna, and is half a block from the main street. It is roomy and has a view from the dining room. Except for a long weekend with another couple, it was just the two of us. Lots to nearby trattorias to select from. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment

The apartment has beautiful décor and it is very comfortable. Nice to have 2 bathrooms with a family of 4. It is in a convenient location--we were able to walk everywhere. The hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Bologna

Very nice flat within the city center of Bologna. Elevator in building was great to have. Very comfortable beds. Great location -- short walks to train station, Quadrilatero, etc. Easy access to groceries, restaurants, etc. Look forward to a future visit and staying here again if possible.

Gorgeous

It was as good in real life as it was in the photos. I was looking forward to staying and it did not disappoint. Beautifully furnished, large spacious rooms, great balcony. Cooking and laundry facilities were good. Two bathrooms were very handy for a family with teens. Optimum location, close to the main strip and many supermarkets and restaurants. I would highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again.
