Portinari 7 - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 5

Unbeatable location in the center, with a breathtaking view of the Florence Cathedral. The finely furnished apartment is located on the fourth floor of an elegant historic building. As it is located in a building with no lift, the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The habitable terrace offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the city from above, perhaps tasting great food and sipping a good glass of wine. The location is ideal for reaching all the main attractions in a few minutes, moving comfortably on foot and immersing yourself in the atmosphere of Renaissance Florence. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a single bedroom, a large living room with dining area, two bathrooms (one with shower and bathtub and one service with toilet and sink), an equipped kitchen and a beautiful habitable terrace that completes the property.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.)
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area.
Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge.
Service restriction:
Air conditioning in Italy is governed by a regulation that provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°.
The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/22 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day.

Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100€ will be required.
As per Italian law number 21472011 (art.40.1), the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests. The informations that guests are required to share are: an identity document with a valid photo for expatriation and the address of residence .

To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one at a time. The house is equipped with a boiler, a simultaneous use of hot water could temporarily reduce its temperature.
The tourist tax of 6 euros per person per night must be paid at check-in.

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
