Portinari 7 - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 5

Unbeatable location in the very heart of Florence, with a breathtaking view of the Duomo. The apartment, elegantly furnished, is situated on the fourth floor of a charming historic building. As the building has no elevator, it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The furnished terrace offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the city from above, perhaps while savoring great food and a good glass of wine. The location is ideal for reaching all the main attractions within minutes, easily on foot, while soaking in the atmosphere of Renaissance Florence. The apartment features one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one single bedroom, a spacious living room with dining area, two bathrooms (one with shower and bathtub, and one service bathroom with toilet and sink), a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely livable terrace that completes the property.

Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. 
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.

Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required. 

As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.The apartment is on an upper floor and is equipped with a water pressurization system to ensure excellent water flow. The pump is very efficient, but it may produce some noise.

City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES: - In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, during check-in you will be asked for your identity document or passport for registration at the Department of Public Security. If you do not have the documents or do not have the required data, by law we will not be able to check-in.
- The check-in time slot is from 2.00pm to 8.00pm;
- Late check-in, if previously agreed, is possible at the cost:
• From 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, 50 Euros
• From 10:00 pm to 12:00 am, 80 Euros
• From 00:00 am to 02:00 am, 100 Euro
- Check-out is scheduled for 11:00;
- The presence of any other guests must be authorized in advance by our staff;
- Please avoid loud noises and avoid slamming doors after 11pm; - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment;
- Pets are allowed on request. A supplement of €20 per stay will be required;
- Cot and high chair are available on request, at a cost of €20 per stay;
- If something breaks or gets damaged, let us know, we will come and check it;

- The apartment is located in a pedestrian area, not reachable by car. If you are thinking of reaching the apartment by car, do not hesitate to contact me for information on private parking in the area.
