A stylish feature is the large kitchen island with stools seating 6 people. Sliding doors lead out onto a dining terrace with partial sea views plus a view looking down over the pool area, with dining table and seating for 6 people and gas bbq.

Stairs lead up to the first floor which is dedicated to a fantastic double en-suite master bedroom with balcony and partial sea views. A further rear terrace with seating, jacuzzi with picture window, walk-in wardrobe and smart TV. The rear terrace can also be accessed by a door on the landing.

Second Floor – Villa Simena
Stairs lead up to the second floor which is dedicated to another large double en-suite bedroom. Set under an apex ceiling (height restrictions in some areas), this room is equipped with a kitchenette including fridge, sink, kettle and toaster. A door leads onto a good size roof terrace with lovely sea views and is well equipped for sunbathing and dining, perfect for those wanting privacy and to enjoy the sunsets.
