Apartamentos La Rosita Old Town B-5

Aparthotel in the heart of Benidorm located 100 meters from Poniente beach and 450 meters from Levante beach.

Recently renovated building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, it has a total of 20 apartments with capacity for 3 and 5 people and has an elevator, internet access (wifi), community laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board free of charge.



All apartments have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning system, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with extra charge right in the opposite building (Mercadona). Parking Rates: 1 Day €22, Week €97, 10 days €128, 15 days €148, Month €181. From 5 days it compensates the weekly bonus. The cost is paid in the same car park.



-The key collection and check-in take place in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct reservations or if you have not checked in online, our office is located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, opposite the Burger King.

-The amount of €200 is retained on the credit/debit card as a deposit.

-Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season may delay until 6:00 p.m.)

-Check-out until 11:00 a.m.

-Pet supplement of €10 per day. (Maximum €50 per stay).

-Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.



It is located right in the center of Benidorm, 100 m from "Playa de Poniente" sand beach, 350 m from "Playa del Mal Pas" sand beach, 450 m from "Playa de Levante" sand beach. The historic center and our famous viewpoint, one of the most photographed in the world, is only 400 meters away.

Our stay was great apert from the view really let's it down but location was perfect

The location was brilliant but the view from apartment was terrible the walls were all bare no pictureanything made it sad but cleanliness and comfort was spot on The view we were at the back of the building so was not good

Estuvo bien pero hay carencias

Me gustó más la ubicación,es perfecta y las camas cómodas. El sofá muy incómodo que en otras circunstancias lo habriamos usado menos pero como ha llovido algún día,lo hemos usado,y otra cosa alquilas para 4 y en el sofá caben 2 y medio, luego por el precio un lavavajillas pequeño podía haber.La cocina no tiene ventana y cuando se cocina aunque pongas la campana huele, Cuando llegamos olía a especias de el anterior cliente.Y por último la ducha sin mampara tienes que ducharte con cuidado porque sino mojas todo.

Simple, basic apartment with outdoor seating area. Would recommend for a short visit.

It was perfect for a short visit and very clean. It was very basic but had everything we needed. Only problem for me was the pillows were lumpy. Everything else was fine. I was lead to believe there was car parking onsite but it is actually in the Mercadona supermarket car park and cost us 46 euros for 2 nights, so it made the accommodation more expensive for us. Better for visitors without a car.

De lo mejor en Apartamentos!

Apartamentos limpios, muy céntricos , todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones. Ya hemos repetido 5 veces en lo mismos Apartamentos y seguiremos. Silenciosos , cómodos ... En este apartamento la falta de mobiliario y la ducha debería ser cerrada para que no salpique el agua mientras te duchas. Todo lo demás un 10.

Se nota que son recién reformados,lo mejor la cama que era súper cómoda, cosa dificil en los hoteles o apartamentos, muy contenta, repetire Poner un espejo de cuerpo entero sería estupendo, pero lo que si tenéis que hacer es poner un par de baldas en el baño porque no hay donde dejar las cosas
