Aparthotel in the heart of Benidorm located 100 metres from Poniente beach and 450 metres from Levante beach.

Recently renovated building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, with a total of 20 apartments with capacity for 3 and 5 people and featuring a lift, internet access (wifi), communal laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board at no extra charge.



All apartments have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with an extra charge right in the building opposite (Mercadona). Parking rates: 1 day €22, week €97, 10 days €128, 15 days €148, month €181. From 5 days onwards, the weekly pass is worthwhile. The cost is paid at the same car park.



-Key handover and check-in are carried out in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct bookings or if you have not completed online check-in, our office is located on Rey Jaime I avenue number 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, opposite Burger King.

-A sum of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a deposit.

-Check-in from 16:30 (high season may be delayed until 18:00)

-Check out until 11:00

-Pets are admitted with a supplement of €10 per night with a minimum of €25 per stay and a maximum of €100.

-Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.



It is located in the heart of Benidorm, 100 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Poniente", 350 m from the sandy beach "Playa del Mal Pas", 450 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Levante". The historic old town and our famous viewpoint, one of the most photographed in the world, is just 400 metres away.

Good property for a short stay in Benidorm old town.

Location good. Clean. No view from my room. Window overlooked other buildings and lower rooftops. Bathroom floor became a bit wet after using shower.

Fab time in great accommodation.

We love these apartments very good value for money

We love these apartments very good value for money. Close to beach and amenities. Large supermarket across the road. Beds very comfy so is sofa bed. Quite and comfortable been 3 times this year with partner and kids. No swimming pool but cant complain for price.

The location in the Old Town. No English TV channels. Found the apartment hard to heat. No oven in the kitchen. Ceiling in the bathroom over the shower shows a leak from the apartment above The key pad at the front door not working properly. The number 3 does not register at times.

Really good spacious apartments, easy to access, easy instructions, lots of amenities, it's simple but all of the apartments had what we wanted. Great value, amazing location. When you leave, don't leave the key in the back of your door as they cannot get in after ( not sure why anyone would do that, but my mate did.) Can't really complain about anything as it's exactly what you would want for a lads weekend away. The towels take a long time to dry you, terrible towels.

Ubicación perfecta pero muy ruidoso

Ubicación excelente. Amplio y muy limpio Todo vistas a un patio interior, eso no me gustó nada. Los vecinos no nos dejaron dormir las dos noches que estuvimos allí. Arrastrando muebles y dando portazos a las 3 de la mañana. De eso no tiene culpa el propietario, lo se, pero fue de lo mas incómodo.

Sentimos que haya echado en falta el horno, pero estos apartamentos tienen el equipamiento básico para pasar unas vacaciones. El apartamento muy céntrico. No dispone de muchos utensilios básicos de cocina como vasos, platos, cubiertos, etc. y es un poco complicado cocinar. Las camas y almohadas son un un poco incómodas.
