The twin bedroom next door can be made into a double on request and this has a built-in chaise lounge, ensuite shower room and private balcony with two chairs and a table to enjoy the sea and mountain views.

At the top of the stairs is a utility room with a washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron for guests' use.

Second floor (roof terrace):

On this level is a double bedroom with a freestanding bath within the room and a separate ensuite shower. Sliding doors lead on to the roof terrace which features a wooden pergola and a further seating area on a wooden platform from which to admire the views across the bay to the islands. There is also a fridge with sink and small bar with two stools - the perfect spot to enjoy the wonderful sunsets

Outside space:

The infinity pool has an integral Jacuzzi and steps leading into the water. The pool also has a shallow area with 4 sun-loungers and 2 tables set within the pool. a further two sun loungers with shading pool side, plus a dining table with 6 chairs. The built in BBQ also has a sink and preparation area provided, to enable cooking and eating al-fresco. The
