Flats Friends Nave is a building with an unbeatable location in the very center of Valencia, next to the Jardines del Parterre and Calle La Paz. It is a small building with 6 apartments, so there are no crowds. The keys are collected autonomously in a small safe that is at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.



Our staff is available every day, but you can enjoy the city in total autonomy thanks to the full kitchen at your disposal and the privacy offered by the quiet pedestrian street in which it is located.



Flats Friends Nave is a fully furnished apartment ready to accommodate up to 4 people. It has a double bed in the room, a sofa-bed in the living room, cotton sheets and towels and a bathroom with a shower. In addition, you can make use of the small terrace to enjoy the pleasant weather in Valencia! The apartment gets a lot of light, thanks to the large window that connects the terrace with the living room.



When you feel like going out, you are a 5-minute walk from the historic center if you walk to the left and from the main shopping area (Colón and Don Juan de Austria streets) if you go to the right. It is the ideal location to discover the city on foot!

Old Town Stay Valencia

The apartment was located in an excellent location close to many of the main tourist attractions and the metro line to the airport, as well as the Turio River Park. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The only concern we had was the kitchen was limited in it's equipment. The maintenance person came twice to repair the window blinds, and although it was a bit of a nuisance, management's response was quick.

the location and photos of the rental were accurate so if you are looking for a basic one bedroom rental in the old town it will fit your needs. However a few points to note, as reported by others the kitchen was a disappointment. Minimum utensils( 2 a small spatula and a ladle), minimal pots(3 with only one having a lid), there was kettle but no teapot, only 1 cup Italian style coffee percolator, no laundry detergent or clothes pegs(you have to buy them yourself) no starter kit with some basic essentials so you had to shop immediately on arrival, no spices except salt and one well used frying pan, one very large cutting board, no counter space. All this made it quite challenging to cook in the apartment and do laundry. This makes is inferior to all the other VRBO property we have ever rented .

Perfecto para conocer la ciudad

La comodidad del apartamento, su amplitud, la terraza acogedora, la situación cerca del centro, y de autobuses para diferentes sitios ( ciutat arts &sciences, albufera, playa...) con cafeterías cerca, supermercado, farmacia, estanco. Cocina bien equipada. Bastantes zonas almacenaje. Buena ventilación y aire acondicionado, fundamental en ciertos momentos. Creemos que al salón-cocina le falta un poco de cariño con respecto al estado del mobiliario y la decoración. El sofá adecuado para niños, pero no tanto para adultos.

Vicinissimo al centro, appartamento ampio, bella terrazza da sfruttare in estate. Abbiamo avuto freddo di notte, non c'erano coperte aggiuntive nell'armadio. Di notte si sentiva un rumore molto forte di un motore, probabilmente da uno dei locali lì sotto, credo che in estate con le finestre aperte diventi impossibile dormire.

Come già scritto su Google l'appartamento è risultato molto comodo per i nostri spostamenti. Dotato di climatizzatori, terrazza, lavatrice, stoviglie, asciugamani, lenzuola. Perfino una caffettiera ma noi, da buoni italiani, avevamo portato la nostra dall'Italia. Ciò che ci ha sorpreso è stato trovare un cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani a metà settimana, hanno portato via perfino la spazzatura e la raccolta differenziata. Non sapevo che fosse incluso nel servizio. Noi abbiamo sempre pulito l'appartamento, tenuto bene come se fosse stato la nostra casa. Supermercati a due passi, metro Colòn dietro l'angolo, zona molto tranquilla e piena di locali, eppure silenziosa. Abbiamo dormito bene e non c'è stato alcun problema. Torneremo a Valencia, sicuramente visiteremo altre meravigliose città della Spagna e contatteremo di nuovo Flats friends. Gracias para todo el servicio!!! Regolare il getto potente della doccia che ogni volta bagnava il pavimento del bagno perché non c'era l'intera protezione attorno al box doccia.
