The property is located on a lower-ground level with access by stairs and elevator.

The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a Flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony with chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a wardrobe and are furnished with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the outdoor pool (shared).

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is in close proximity to two popular attractions: Cristo Rei and Praia do Garajau. Guests can easily visit these sites and enjoy the stunning views and recreational activities they offer. In addition, there are several restaurants and bars nearby, including Frango da Guiia Garajau and Pizzaria Pico da Atalaia, where guests can savor delicious meals and drinks. With its great location, this property serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area and experiencing all that Canico has to offer.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.
The Madeira Airport is just a 10-minute drive.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
