Indian Rocks Beach may not be a household name for you [yet], but it's one of the best kept secrets on Florida's Gulf Coast! 'IRB' is perfectly located near Clearwater, Largo, St. Pete and offers soooo much to do, and is super family-friendly.

As our guest, you'll have 4 complimentary passes to the Splash Harbour Water Park... right outside your condo door... every day of your stay. The kids will love the slides, water chutes, pools, and fountains; you'll love the lazy river and pool-side Tiki bar. You can purchase up to 6 additional passes at a 50% discount. And when you're all pooled-out, just take a short, 3 minute walk over to the beach on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

When you really just need to chill, sit out on the private condo balcony with your favorite beverage and watch the day go by. There is also a huge patio on the 7th floor for more relaxation and sunset gazing! In our photos, you'll see the tranquil view we have looking south over the intracoastal waterway - the perfect spot to do important things like boat watching, dolphin viewing, and even manatee sighting.

Within easy walking distance from the condo, you'll find a variety of very tasty restaurants, ice cream shops, retail stores, and all types of rentals - from power boats, to bikes, to kayaks and more! If you come by car, you'll be free to go anywhere and everywhere. If not, you can still get around very easily via Uber/Lyft/taxi or the public buses that run up and down the Gulf coast and back to the mainland, making trips to Clearwater Beach to the north or St. Petersburg to the southeast very convenient!

In our condo you'll find a brand new King size bed in the Master bedroom, and 2 brand new Queen sized beds. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with all the amenities!

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. Our kids loves the water park, the condo was clean and cozy, and we loved all of the restaurants within walking distance. We hope to visit again in the future!

Perfect getaway

This condo has everything - relaxing marina views, water park on property, pool, short easy walk to the beach….. The host are extremely responsive. We will hope to return again!

This is a great spot especially if you have children that can enjoy the waterpark. The location is perfect and very close to great restaurants and beach access. We really enjoyed our stay and the host helped us extend the stay a few days which was really nice. You will have a good experience here.

Great stay!!

Condo was great and our family enjoyed the Indian Rocks Beach area!! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed...including beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc.!! Communication with owners was great too!! Didn’t get the chance to enjoy the water park too much...it was pretty busy plus we had thunderstorms each afternoon we were there, but we had plenty of fun at surrounding beaches and other activities in the area.

Indian Rocks Beach - Hidden Gem

Excellent, immaculate condo. Great view from terrace of the intercoastal waterway - perfect spot for morning coffee and late afternoon drinks. Comfy beds, pillows and linens. Short, easy walk to beautiful beach. Many restaurants, cafes, shops within walking distance and a short drive. Make sure you enjoy sunsets over the gulf from the 6th floor community terrace with lounges. Owners are super pleasant and helpful. Waterpark next door really fun for kids (and the tiki bar Jimmy Guana's is fun for adults!)

Lovely Condo and Beautiful Location

We were very impressed with this Condo. Everything was perfect. The decor was lovely and it was so clean ! We ate all of our meals on the balcony and enjoyed the view fm the 4th floor of the bldg. The beach and Water Splash Park are a bonus for adults and children. Unfortunately because of the COVID-19 we had to leave earlier than planned. Maria & Marty were very fair in compensating us for the days we did not use. They were wonderful people to deal with. We would highly recommend staying here. If ever we were to return to this area we would definitely stay here again.

Wish we were still there!

We stayed at this property a few weeks ago and it was perfect for our family of four, including our 14 year old and 9 year old. The location was a short walk to the beach, with several awesome restaurants and surf shops within walking distance as well. Ice cream shop short walk away with endless varieties to choose from. And the water park was a fun way for our boys to cool off before we got cleaned up for dinner after being at the beaches. Short distance from both Clearwater (favorite FL restaurant = Frenchy's Rockaway!) and St. Pete's Beach and short drive to great shopping at St. John's Pass. They boys even fished off the docks in the intercoastal waterway while I watched from the condo balcony. Wish we were still there!

Beautiful & Convenient

We stayed in this lovely condo in late July. We had a wonderful time! The condo was decorated so nicely & felt like home. My husband is in a wheelchair, everything was very accessible for him. I was not looking forward to not being right on the beach but it was a super short walk. There were so many great places to walk to for dinner as well. It was a perfect location! The water park was so fun too- our 2 year old & grandpa had a blast on the slides! The only concern for the week was the elevators, each day a different one was out of service but that won't stop us from visiting again. We are already ready to visit again, thank you!

Great Vacation Rental

We had an amazing time. The property was the perfect size for our family of five. The condo was incredibly clean and had all the necessities that were needed for the week. The little notes left around the condo were so helpful. We enjoyed the games when it rained and the beach items were perfect for our needs for the beach. When our daughter accidentally locked us out they were instantly there to help get us right back in and were so gracious with us with our mistake. We could not have asked for a better condo, location or communication. We are very thankful to have chosen Marty and Maria to rent off of for our vacation. Thank you

Great Staycation

Look no further. We can't say enough about this condo! It's exactly as advertised and won't disappoint- well maintained and immaculate. We decided to go there for a few days to relax and that's exactly what we did. Maria made everything so easy (great communication and detailed instructions) and went above and beyond all expectations!! Great location- everything you need is within walking distance- food, beach, and stores. Great food (thanks for all the recommendations-we wish we could have tried them all but the pizza place Slyce was our favorite). The intercostal view from the patio were amazing- loved the ocean breeze and watching all the boats go by and the water park on site that came with 4 daily passes was perfect for all especially the 2 year old! We would highly recommend this unit 4414.

Great condo for a relaxing stay in Indian Rocks area

This spacious condo was perfect for our family of four, including two teenagers. The kids could have freedom to walk to the beach, water park or a local restaurant without worry. The condo community held free events like wine&cheese and a rooftop yoga class. The unit itself was super clean and fully stocked with everything you need, including beach chairs&umbrella. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the intercoastal watching boats & birds and even spying a dolphin swimming by one morning. The owners were friendly and helpful, even offering late checkout late because no one was arriving after us. Indian Rocks in quiet and laid back, just what we were looking for. Lots of beach time with afternoons spent by the water park pool and lazy river before haeding back to the beach for sunset. Plenty of restaurants around, but we did stock up at Publix for breakfast and lunch foods at the start of the week. We spent a day in more touristy Madiera Beach just a few miles down the road where we parasailed and shopped. Thanks to the owners for making our stay so easy!

Nice property. Great location

The property is in a great location. Only 3 blocks from the Gulf, restaurants, a coffee house and a brewery. The views from the condo are amazing. It was very clean. We didn’t find that we were missing any kitchen utensils, etc. My kids loved having the water park included in the rental. There were a few things that people need to be aware of if renting though. Stop at the Publix that is about a mile away to get some needed supplies before you go to the condo. When we arrived with 4 people for 6 days, we only had one ¾ roll of paper towel. Not even close to being enough. We only had 4 rolls of single ply toilet paper for the 6 days. Since it was single ply, it was basically 2 rolls of toilet paper. Not enough. We only had 3 trash bags. Eating 2 and sometimes 3 meals a day at the condo uses more bags than what was provided. It’s nice that there is a washer and dryer, but there is no laundry detergent or dryer sheets provided. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs that have washer and dryer and every one except for this one has provided these items. We were only provided 3 dishwasher tablets. Again, eating 2 and sometimes 3 meals a day requires more that the provided tablets. Even with these few things, it is a very nice place to stay and we recommend it.

Best Beach Vacation Ever!

Our condo was even better than described online. Everyone of our needs was anticipated and the amenities thoroughly exceeded our expectations. We've stayed at Harbouside on 2 other occasions besides this visit, and this was by far our best experience. Whenever I needed something or had a question about something Natalie was super quick to respond no matter what time of day I messaged her. I definitely hope we can make a visit back in the near future. If you're looking for a great condo for your family...this is the place for you!

Perfect little get away

Our boys loved the little waterpark, it was clean and definitely family friendly. It only took a short walk to get to the beach which was perfect! We loved watching the boats from the room too, even saw dolphins. Overall it was oerfect and id stay there again

The perfect condo!

If you are thinking about renting this condo - do it! It was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. It was quiet and clean. The best part - it was just a short walk to the ocean which was beautiful. We loved our time there!

2nd time at the Water park. great unit and magical place for family

totally walkable to the beach and several places to eat. lovely beach apparel shop a block away. there is a park across the street and mini golf at the best western next door. we love the water park for our kids (10,13). it is an easy place to stay and very relaxing. the 2 bedroom unit was really well maintained with everything we needed for the beach and plenty of towels. the deck had nice high chairs and was shaded so it was a lovely place to sit outside. we also used the tv which had connectivity to our streaming services. there was shampoo etc in the showers as well as good cooking utensils so that we could easily cook which is not always the case at VRBOs. there were baking sheets, whisks, measuring spoons etc. the water park is small, yes, but I mean it is right downstairs. the lazy river is fun and the two big slides are both excellent.

Great family vacation!

Perfect spot for a family of 4. Our daughters are 10 & 13. Having all of the beach equipment ready for us to use was so nice!! The owner has everything organized and available. We will definitely be back!
