It has a lift, iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, heat pump heating, Television. The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher and utensils/kitchen.

The name of this neighbourhood pays tribute to the Convent of Sant Antoni Abat raised in the 15th century that gave entrance to the then walled Barcelona. Neighbourhood located between Paral·lel Avenue and Gran Via preserves the reminiscences of a middle-class and merchant enclave that is represented in the forged irons and the iconic Greek cross shape of the Sant Antoni Market, designed by architect Rovira i Trias in 1882. It is the brightest star of the neighbourhood; this market hosts during the week what they call El Fresc fresh local products and Els Encants of clothing and fabrics, which makes it a place more frequented by locals than tourists. On Sundays, from 8am to 2pm, they set up the Sunday Market, unique and special; around 280 stalls with infinite variety of old books, second-hand objects, postcards, collector's stones, discontinued video games, films, old newspapers and magazines, games, posters and a long etcetera.

Currently, it is a trendy neighbourhood, perfectly located in the city that is increasingly welcoming more people who want to live in it; full of design businesses, cosy cafés and shops with new trends, always in tune with the personality of the traditional shops.

Please take into account the following important information before booking:

- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.

- Baby cot:
Price: 30.00 GBP per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it

-Extra guest:
Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.

- Late arrival:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros

- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).

- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.

- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine)

The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
