モンジュイックの魔法の噴水とスペイン広場まで徒歩でわずか5分の中心部に位置する、とても素敵で静かなアパート。 モンジュイックフェアから5分。 地下鉄、バスから5分。 とても静かな通りですが、近所の中心部からほんの数通り、たくさんのバー、レストラン、劇場、ディスコ、モールがあります。

ランブラス通りと町の中心部まで徒歩（20分程度）で行くことができます。

建物には2つのエレベーターがあります。

フラットは非常に静かで静かです。

フラットにはすべて新しいものがあり、ベッドルームが2つ、クイーンサイズのベッドが1つ、シングルベッドが1つ、もう1つが2つになるベッドがあります。 朝食を取ることができる小さなテラスのあるキッチン、大きなシャワー付きのバスルーム、リビングルーム、ダイニングルームがあります。 スマートテレビ、インターネット、エアコン、暖房、ヘアドライヤー、アイロン台、アイロン、市内通話用の電話が備わっています。
お子様用のベビーベッドとハイシートが必要な場合は、小さなお子様向けのおもちゃを用意しています。

The hosts greeted us with great information to orient us during our stay, allowed us to check-in early, and supplied us with a mountain of fruit, snacks, and beverages as a welcome. It was easily our best stay over our three week trip to Europe.

Our hosts, Rosa and Miguel, were fantastic! They were super communicative, provided wonderful recommendations for things to see, food to eat, and places to visit while we were there. They checked in on us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, too. Very sweet hosts with a very nice, clean apartment to rent close by to a lot of cool things to do in Barcelona.

Outstanding Apartment and Hosts in Great Location

This apartment was very clean and modern (with a large shower in the bathroom). It was the most comfortable apartment that we have rented in Europe. There are many nice cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro. The nearby Art Museum of Catalunya is an absolute gem. Rosa and Miguel are terrific hosts.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stayed at Rosa’s place. Rosa is a wonderful host and communication was great. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed during our one week stay. Location is good, close to metro, restaurants, supermarkets, and bakery. Will stay again!

Excellent choice

Rosa and Miguel are fabulous hosts. All the little things that make your stay better. Apartment was clean and comfortable in a great location just two blocks from the metro which is as good a form of transportation at a great price to everywhere. But if you want to walk Barrie Gotic is very close. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in great location. Hosts very helpful. Fruit basket and wine on arrival and Rosa even brought a homemade birthday cake - she saw the date of birth on the passport. Would love to stay there again.

As advertised

The apartment is exactly as advertised on VRBO website. It is in an excellent location near the Magic Fountain, Montjuic National Palace and art museum and has close proximity to metro and bus stops. Miguel an Rosa arranged early check-in as we arrived in Barcelona at 8 AM on a cruise liner.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Clean and modern apartment with many ammenities. Wonderful location close to markets, restaurants and public transportation. Only a few minutes walk to the magic fountain. The owners were extremely helpful and checked on us daily. One of the best decisions we've made for a vacation rental.

Great Place to Stay

Rosa & Miguel were wonderful. The apartment is well located to attractions and Metro. It is clean and has everything you need. They even provided a bottle of wine, fruit, juice, bread. As an unexpected bonus they drove us to the airport when we checked out.

Perfect Stay!

Our stay in Barcelona could not have been more perfect. Rosa and Miguel went out of their way to make our vacation the best by providing an amazing apartment, tips for getting around the city and the places to visit, and being available when needed. The apartment was spotless and extremely well maintained. We have stayed in several apartments around Europe and this was by far the best.

Great stay in El Poble-sec

We booked the property for the America's Cup in Barcelona, and we were not disappointed. The accommodation and location were everything we wanted. Rosa & Miguel greeted us on arrival, explained everything we needed to know, and provided us with information about the Metro and Buses and the tourist places to visit while we were in the City. The apartment was stocked with essential food supplies, including a bottle of wine, so we did not have to worry about anything on our first night. We had a lovely time and will stay here again if we return to Barcelona.

fabulous place to stay

We stayed at the apartment for nine days. I have stayed at many other VRBO rentals and have never had the experience from the host as we did with Rosa and Miguel. From the pick up from the airport, to checking in with us during the week to stocking the fridge with goodies, the service was above and beyond. The location is great. We went on a private tour with Rosa on the weekend and would highly recommend it to other travellers. The beds were comfortable and the space was nice to come back to after a long day of walking and seeing the sights.

Fantastic Stay!!!

Could not have been happier with the hosts and accommodations! Rosa and Miguel are wonderful hosts. Rosa met us upon arrival and got us acquainted with the apartment as well as the neighborhood. She had wine, snacks, coffee, juices already stocked in the kitchen. She gave us a map highlighting all the sites and recommendations on transportation and restaurants. Upon checkout Miguel actually brought us to the train station!! Wonderful service. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, fantastic hots!

The apartment is very nice, clean, and with all you need for a great stay. It is located at walking distance to the metro and bus. We bought the T-casual ticket which is 10 rides of metro or bus. However, we walked a lot, enjoy all this little streets and tapas bars. Rosa and Miguel are outstanding hosts. We are very grateful to them for everything. Hasta la próxima, Amigos.

Hosts Rosa & Miguel were amazing. Unit supplied with coffe tea milk fruit & snacks. Rosa & Miquel are the best host experience I have had at any vacation rental. They made our stay seem like home. They surprised my sister with a delicious cake & champagne for her birthday! It was a lovely sentiment and unexpected. They checked in daily to see if we needed anything. Everything is in walking distance. The best time ever! Hope to stay again if I return to Spain!

Outstanding hosts and location

Rosa and Miguel are the most amazing hosts. They treat you like family. Their place is perfect, very clean and you have everything you need. They’ve thought of pretty much everything, including some very thoughtful treats! The location makes it easy to get around with both the metro and buses within a 5 minute walk. Plus they provided great tips about the system, places to visit and restaurants. We highly recommend staying with them and would again. Thanks Rosa and Miguel!

Rosa was a great host and love the apartment!

The pictures don’t do the apartment justice. The rooms are bigger than they look and they have air conditioning. Something that helped us sleep at night. Rosa picked us up at the airport. When we got to the apartment, she gave a detailed description of where to go and places to avoid after dark, where to eat good food and how to get around the city.

Very nice, cozy and quiet apartment, located centrally, only a five minutes by foot to the Magic Fountains of Montjuïc, and Plaça Espanya. Five minutes from the metro, and bus and 20 minutes more or les from the typical Ramblas of Barcelona. It's a very quiet street but only a few streets from the heart of the neighborhood, plenty of bars with their terrace outside, restaurants, theaters, discos, a mall.
The building has two elevators, so coming back home after a long day visiting the city will be a soft pleasure.

The flat has everything new, it has 2 bedrooms, one king size bed, and the other one with a single bed, and other bed that becomes in two. It has a kitchen,with a little terrace where you can take your breakfast, one bathroom with a big shower, a dinning room and a living room.
It has been decorated with plenty of colour and a lot of care to make you a very nice stay and make you to feel like at your own home.
