モンジュイックの魔法の噴水とスペイン広場まで徒歩でわずか5分の中心部に位置する、とても素敵で静かなアパート。モンジュイックフェアから5分。地下鉄、バスから5分。とても静かな通りですが、近所の中心部からほんの数通り、たくさんのバー、レストラン、劇場、ディスコ、モールがあります。

ランブラス通りと町の中心部まで徒歩（20分程度）で行くことができます。

建物には2つのエレベーターがあります。

フラットは非常に静かで静かです。

フラットにはすべて新しいものがあり、ベッドルームが2つ、クイーンサイズのベッドが1つ、シングルベッドが1つ、もう1つが2つになるベッドがあります。朝食を取ることができる小さなテラスのあるキッチン、大きなシャワー付きのバスルーム、リビングルーム、ダイニングルームがあります。スマートテレビ、インターネット、エアコン、暖房、ヘアドライヤー、アイロン台、アイロン、市内通話用の電話が備わっています。
お子様用のベビーベッドとハイシートが必要な場合は、小さなお子様向けのおもちゃを用意しています。

Outstanding Apartment and Hosts in Great Location

This apartment was very clean and modern (with a large shower in the bathroom). It was the most comfortable apartment that we have rented in Europe. There are many nice cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to the metro. The nearby Art Museum of Catalunya is an absolute gem. Rosa and Miguel are terrific hosts.

Excellent choice

Rosa and Miguel are fabulous hosts. All the little things that make your stay better. Apartment was clean and comfortable in a great location just two blocks from the metro which is as good a form of transportation at a great price to everywhere. But if you want to walk Barrie Gotic is very close. Would definitely stay here again.

As advertised

The apartment is exactly as advertised on VRBO website. It is in an excellent location near the Magic Fountain, Montjuic National Palace and art museum and has close proximity to metro and bus stops. Miguel an Rosa arranged early check-in as we arrived in Barcelona at 8 AM on a cruise liner.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stayed at Rosa’s place. Rosa is a wonderful host and communication was great. The apartment is clean and had everything we needed during our one week stay. Location is good, close to metro, restaurants, supermarkets, and bakery. Will stay again!

Excellent stay

Great apartment in great location. Hosts very helpful. Fruit basket and wine on arrival and Rosa even brought a homemade birthday cake - she saw the date of birth on the passport. Would love to stay there again.

Perfect

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Clean and modern apartment with many ammenities. Wonderful location close to markets, restaurants and public transportation. Only a few minutes walk to the magic fountain. The owners were extremely helpful and checked on us daily. One of the best decisions we've made for a vacation rental.

Fantastic Stay!!!

Could not have been happier with the hosts and accommodations! Rosa and Miguel are wonderful hosts. Rosa met us upon arrival and got us acquainted with the apartment as well as the neighborhood. She had wine, snacks, coffee, juices already stocked in the kitchen. She gave us a map highlighting all the sites and recommendations on transportation and restaurants. Upon checkout Miguel actually brought us to the train station!! Wonderful service. Would definitely stay here again!

fabulous place to stay

We stayed at the apartment for nine days. I have stayed at many other VRBO rentals and have never had the experience from the host as we did with Rosa and Miguel. From the pick up from the airport, to checking in with us during the week to stocking the fridge with goodies, the service was above and beyond. The location is great. We went on a private tour with Rosa on the weekend and would highly recommend it to other travellers. The beds were comfortable and the space was nice to come back to after a long day of walking and seeing the sights.

Great place, fantastic hots!

The apartment is very nice, clean, and with all you need for a great stay. It is located at walking distance to the metro and bus. We bought the T-casual ticket which is 10 rides of metro or bus. However, we walked a lot, enjoy all this little streets and tapas bars. Rosa and Miguel are outstanding hosts. We are very grateful to them for everything. Hasta la próxima, Amigos.

Outstanding hosts and location

Rosa and Miguel are the most amazing hosts. They treat you like family. Their place is perfect, very clean and you have everything you need. They’ve thought of pretty much everything, including some very thoughtful treats! The location makes it easy to get around with both the metro and buses within a 5 minute walk. Plus they provided great tips about the system, places to visit and restaurants. We highly recommend staying with them and would again. Thanks Rosa and Miguel!

Rosa & Miquel are the best host experience I have had at any vacation rental. They made our stay seem like home. They surprised my sister with a delicious cake & champagne for her birthday! It was a lovely sentiment and unexpected. They checked in daily to see if we needed anything. Everything is in walking distance. The best time ever! Hope to stay again if I return to Spain!

Rosa was a great host and love the apartment!

The pictures don’t do the apartment justice. The rooms are bigger than they look and they have air conditioning. Something that helped us sleep at night. Rosa picked us up at the airport. When we got to the apartment, she gave a detailed description of where to go and places to avoid after dark, where to eat good food and how to get around the city.

Exceeded our expectations

What a wonderful little apartment! And Rosa & Miguel were the most gracious hosts. They met us personally and showed us the amenities of the apartment, then spent a good deal of time with a map, showing us how to get around and recommending places to eat and things to do. The apartment was immaculately clean and so comfortable. The location was convenient to multiple supermarkets and a metro station. And Miguel even drove us to our cruise terminal! If we ever visit Barcelona again, we will be renting from Rosa and Miguel.

Excellent property in a great neighborhood.

The apartment was very well furnished and in a great, walking neighborhood. We were very close to the metro subway which takes you nearly anyplace in the city. The area was very walkable and close to the university, art museum, and shopping. Rosa and Miguel welcomed us at the apartment and gave advice and directions regarding the sites we wanted to see. There was a huge basket of fruit and bottle of wine at the apartment. Miguel picked us up and took us to the airport when our wonderful week was completed. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect stay for a family of 4

The apartment was clean and had everything a family would need for a comfortable stay. There are beautiful gardens, museums and less touristy restaurants in walking distance. El Poble Sec Is a quiet, low key neighborhood. More popular sites are just a metro ride away. The station is also an easy walk from the apartment. Taxis are also plentiful and easy to find in Barcelona. Rosa and Miguel could not have been more kind and accommodating. They left us fresh fruit and other basics for breakfast and even gave us a ride to the airport the day we checked out. They will also give you all the advice you want to help orient you to the beautiful city of Barcelona when you arrive.

Lovely home in an excellent location!

The apartment was perfect; it was a peaceful place to return to at the end of busy days in Barcelona, it was clean and tidy and when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, coffee, cream, and water which was such a thoughtful gesture. Rosa and Miguel were gracious hosts; Miguel picked us up at the airport, drove us around the Poble Sec area to help us get our bearings, recommended some local tapas bars and restaurants (which we tried and were very pleased with) and returned us to the airport a week later. Rosa checked in with us twice during the visit to see if we needed anything or had any questions. The location is perfect; a 2 block walk to the metro or bus stops, a 3 block walk to the lovely Monjusic historic area, wonderful cafes, restaurants and plaza's in every direction. Poble Sec is a residential area bustling with day to day life; we felt immersed in the culture which was exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend this apartment and are grateful for the days that we spent there.

Wonderful Apartment, Great Area

The apartment was better than the pictures, clean, modern and well-maintained. The apartment was large and spacious, the bathroom modern with a great shower, beds were very comfortable, the kitchen fully-stocked with everything you needed! We loved the location as it was not a touristy area, and many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. We felt safe and comfortable walking and running around the neighbourhood! The metro station was a close walk from the apartment which was super convenient, and Barcelona has a great public transport system! Rosa gave us great suggestions for sight-seeing and dining, and was very friendly and available to help us any time during our stay. Miguel drove a couple from our party to the airport for their departure, which was going above and beyond what we expected. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment, and we really appreciated the welcome snacks, fruit and wine! We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family, and would stay here again! Location is great - walking distance to some sights and easy access to the metro which is great to use to get around the city!

Best location, best hosts, best apartment!

We stayed in Rosa and Miguel's other apartment above this one actually. It was our honeymoon and we spent ten days in this beautiful city. We were greeted at the airport and taken on a quick tour of the area so we knew where everything was. The kitchen was full of snacks and juice and wine. Rosa even got us a bottle of local cava for our honeymoon. If you stay here you are crazy not to take a personal tour with them. It was one of the best experiences of our trip. I think I like Rosa and Miguel better than my own family. They took us out for drinks and tapas one night. Took us to the airport too. Just incredible people. It feels like hanging out with old friends. This location is PERFECT too. It is way more quiet, and way cheaper to eat and drink in this neighborhood. The train and bus are super close. Short ride to gothic and rambla. I didn't want to leave! Miss Barcelona and our hosts already!

Look no further, this is a great choice for Barcelona

Rosa and Miguel are absolutely the best hosts we've ever encountered, and we've been renting apartments around the world for many years. This is a fine property--comfortable, well-equipped, spotlessly clean, nicely located, well-priced--but Rosa and Miguel are what really sets it apart. They make you feel like true guests, not just renters passing through. The many glowing reviews here are all accurate, so I won't bother to repeat what everyone has already said. For those unfamiliar with Barcelona, rest assured that this is a great location for seeing the sights. That aspect turned out to be even better than we realized when we chose the apartment. The nearby Museum of Catalonian art is a gem. Be sure to go up to the roof top for fantastic views. And a special note for food lovers, you are within a 10 minute walk of some well-known spots--Lolita and Quimet y Quimet for amazing tapas, and, if you reserve well in advance, Tickets for a big splurge. We enjoyed the nearby local food market (10 minutes walk) as well as the more famous Bouqueria, which is only about a 20 minute walk away. Thank you, Rosa and Miguel. Please look us up if you ever come to Boston.

A perfect place to stay and a in a great location!

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location! The apartment was more than spacious enough for our family of four (two adults and two children, 8 and 10). And Rosa and Miguel are the most fabulous hosts you can possibly have! Rosa and Miguel picked us up from the airport and gave us a brief tour the area prior to bringing us to the apartment – pointing out grocery stores and places to visit. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could possibly need, incredibly clean and modern, and nicely decorated. All appliances were clean and in working order. The wifi access worked great, as well as the TV. Rosa and Miguel even supplied a lovely fruit basket, bread and crackers, and stocked the refrigerator with drinks. The location was excellent, and we felt very safe to walk around the area. The apartment is a 10 minute walk (or less) to Poble Sec metro on Av de Paral-lel Street and Blai street where there are plenty of tapas restaurants. The beach and La Rambla was approximately a 25 minute walk. We will definitely be recommending this apartment to others and will definitely stay here again! Thank you Rosa and Miguel for making our first trip to Barcelona so memorable!

Our stay in Barcelona

I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone traveling to Barcelona. We have stayed in quite a few apartments in Europe and by far Rosa and Miguel really are the best hosts you could ever find. They picked us up at the train station and gave us a bit of a tour of the area by the apartment. They had a wonderful fruit basket for us, treats and crackers, wine and other items in the fridge. They truly go above and beyond to help you feel welcome. And it was very much appreciated. Rosa also went through a map and showed us ideas of places to go, lists of good restaurants etc., so very helpful! The apartment is spacious, very clean and everything works well and comfortable beds as well. The apartment is very close to the Magic Fountain and I am so glad Rosa told us to check it out the first night we were there, as it doesn't run every night. It was magical and beautiful. We did the bus tour while we were there, good way to see the city. It's a beautiful city with great food, friendly people and many sights to see. We also were so thankful to have Miguel give us a ride back to the train station once our stay was over. Again, you won't find hosts as friendly and thoughtful as Rosa and Miguel. I'm from Barcelona, and I work as a business agent and my husband is from Lugo,in the northwest of Spain, and he's a coroner assistant.

Very nice, cozy and quiet apartment, located centrally, only a five minutes by foot to the Magic Fountains of Montjuïc, and Plaça Espanya. Five minutes from the metro, and bus and 20 minutes more or les from the typical Ramblas of Barcelona. It's a very quiet street but only a few streets from the heart of the neighborhood, plenty of bars with their terrace outside, restaurants, theaters, discos, a mall.
The building has two elevators, so coming back home after a long day visiting the city will be a soft pleasure.

The flat has everything new, it has 2 bedrooms, one king size bed, and the other one with a single bed, and other bed that becomes in two. It has a kitchen,with a little terrace where you can take your breakfast, one bathroom with a big shower, a dinning room and a living room.
It has been decorated with plenty of colour and a lot of care to make you a very nice stay and make you to feel like at your own home.
