If you are looking for a true experience in Barcelona, welcome to your new home!
This 60m2 flat is located on the Main Floor of a building from the early 20th century. With capacity for up to 4 people and conveniently located 3 minutes from the nearest metro station (Parallel).
Once in the apartment, you will find a contemporary dining table with seating for 3 people and access to a small 2 m2 balcony with a coffee table and chairs for 2 people.
The main bedroom is located next to it with a double bed of 150 cm and an enormous wardrobe.
The kitchen is at the end of the corridor to cook simple meals, combined oven with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, water kettle, and toaster.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a relaxing rain shower head.
At the end of the corridor you will find the second bedroom. It is furnished with a 135 cm double bed, with wardrobe and interior window.
Both bedrooms and the common area are equipped with wall radiators to keep you warm in winter. Two split-type air conditioning units and an oscillating table fan will help you stay cool during summer.
** Be responsible with your electricity consumption and make sure to turn off all lights and appliances when you leave. Being GREEN is AWESOME!
Please note that the air conditioning is only in the living room and 1 bedroom.

The apartment has motion sensors (ALARM) that are activated only when the apartment is empty and/or with free days without bookings
Please take into account the following important information before booking:
- Towels, sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
- Baby cot:
Price: 30.00 GBP per booking. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it
-Extra guest:
Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of 10 € per night.
- Late arrival:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 PM. at 7 PM, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this schedule, we will charge 30€ in cash, after 10 PM it will be 50 EUR and from 1 AM 100 euros
- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 pm, after 10 pm it will be 50 EUR and from 1 am 100 euros
- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (6.25€/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balcony.
- NO PARTIES OR MEETINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of 500€ (in addition to the police fine).
The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.
