Room was big and clean. It was a great stay, but the curtains and shower curtain need to be replaced. This room has a nice view of the ocean. It was an awesome stay overall!!

603 need several updates .. the light above the tub. Flickers-( dangerous - possible wiring issue) dryer must have an element out !! Floor tile needs replacing all the trim is rotten - curtains have a large tear .. toilet intermittently ran— ice maker not working . hosts were helpful and responsive

Such a fun play to stay’

I loved this location so much!!! They have everything you need, everyone was SO nice and the property was always being cleaned. The welcome card just set the mood for our whole stay! I had issues with the cable and it was resolved quickly even though we were only there for a short visit. I look forward o returning!!

Good location & Convenient

We have always enjoyed the Majestic Towers. The location is the best and the beach is great. Our son enjoyed the surfing during the day and hot tub after sunset. The unit we stayed was good and clean enough. The only issue with the building is that the units are not well insulated where we can hear our next door neighbor chatting with her dog inside her room. But they were quiet most of the time, so that was not a problem.

Decent Stay, But Could Have Been Better

Beach location is fantastic, but the road noise at night was tough for sleeping. Additionally some minor maintenance needed to secure dishwasher, fix running toilet in master bath, and change some light bulbs. That being said, views were great and amenities were nice as well.

Overall, a great place to spend a long weekend!

The condo was good. We couldn't figure out how to work the main TV (instructions would have been nice). Parking was a little hectic especially on checkout day. We couldn't get a luggage cart and waited a long time for an elevator.

Pool and bar food were great. However, we waited over 20 minutes a couple of times for elevator.

Our family enjoyed our trip. We thought our master had access to the balcony to view beach and it did not. Elevators took over 20 minutes which was hard when having a toddler. We also prefer not having parking across the street in parking deck on our next trip. The pools were nice and staff were friendly.

We checked over the marketing and couldn't find anything indicating that the master opens to the balcony. The bedroom photo depicts that there is a window in the bedroom, not a slider. Summer is the busiest time of year for our beaches, so waiting for elevators is sometimes a reality depending on the time of day, but we're sorry to hear that it was an inconvenience. I liked the location, parking, enough towels , easy access to the beach. Things I didn’t like ; sheets not clean, carpet horrible very first couldn’t let our grandchild on the floor, dishes dirty spot had to wash before use , pillows and bed not comfortable. Starbucks horrible nothing tasted like real Starbucks and very expensive.

Love the Beach Thought the Condominium was past due for furniture replacements. Sofa mattress etc

I thought it was overall good. The loading and unloading was a lot of work .. elevators were very slow. Bar area was under staffed and the Alcohol Selection wasn’t that great. Hours for food and drinks closed early in my opinion. The Beach was Awesome. Kids loved the ho tubs and pools. Staff was very friendly.

The beaches are beautiful the condo was ok. The floors were pretty dirty as all of our feet were black after walking around. The bunk bed room is definitely meant for kids. Parking is hassle and incovenient (esp with little kids) that you can't even park your car on level 3 where the breeze way is and the loading level. So either park way at the bottom and take 2 elevators or go to level 4 and walk way longer. Would say the condo was pretty updated. Couldn't get tv to work in one bedroom at all though and not enough trash bags provided.

Overall average-good

The property itself is great, with great location. The unit does not have same furniture as pictured above. Carpet in bedrooms needs replacing/removing altogether. Drains in bathrooms are slow. The unit was clean overall however I notice small things that others may not. Balcony floor dirty. Cleaning crew was supposed to come back,never showed. Overall unit needs a little updating, and when you spend $2k on 4!nights I expect perfection!!!

The unit we stayed in was not the unit we booked due to the owner not informing VRBO about renovations. The staff was very quick to get us into another unit in a timely manner and they were very helpful with anything else we needed. We will book through them again
