Welcome to my home!

Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

While free WiFi is available, please note that the internet service may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

NOTE: The property is located in a noisy area with bars.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Lisbon is the coastal and mountainous capital of Portugal. From the imposing São Jorge Castle, the view takes in the pastel-colored buildings of the old city, the Tagus Estuary and the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, the National Tile Museum exhibits 5 centuries of decorative tiles. On the outskirts of Lisbon are a number of Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest Metro Station: Cais do Sodré. 300m from the apartment. 33 minutes to the airport.

Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.

NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Convenient and comfortable

This was a very comfortable apartment. The bed was great. It was right across from the Time Out Market. Noise was not a problem given that it was in the middle of the restaurant area. Small problem with fluctuating power when the hot water had been used (like after a shower).

A beautiful apartment, very well located near the Cais do Sodre and the Mercado da Ribeira market hall. Lots of cafés, restaurants and stores as well as sights in the immediate vicinity and good public transport connections. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary utensils to spend a few days there. Despite the delay of my flight and my late arrival at the apartment, there were no problems with the key handover. Very friendly communication and quick response.

The unit was clean and comfortable however, it’s very dark, could use some TLC and extremely noisy at night. We tried to drown it out with white noise. No salt, sugar or other provided. Some dishes but must bring/buy everything else.

To our horror, there was a pile of dirty towels in the toilet left from the previous guests and no clean towels! Luckily we had our own (beach towels), also garbage and empty bottles left in the kitchen area, and dirty bed sheets with previous guests' hair on it. Technically the property was not cleaned at all from previous guests. This is absolutely disgraceful and violates the business agreement of the services provided and in agreement.

Seems wonderful, but no so much

24 hours before Check in, we asked how it would work because we were travelling from the Algarves and didnt know the exact time we would be arriving. We were givrant instructions to tell 30 minutes before arriving in the app Guest Ready, turns out the « real » host didnt have access to the app. Guess Ready didnt communicate accurately. Also the appartement seemed clean, but there was a big coachroach in the bathroom and in the hallway. The hallway was humid and there was a big stain on the carpet. The AC is not really efficient, it took 2 days to optain a comfortable temperature (note that we like a 20-21 degres to be confortablement to sleep). Only upside point is the perfect location!
