PORTA 29..

Porta 29 is a 2-bedroom house located in the historical center of Vila Franca, at just 100 meters (300 feet) fromthe marina. The backyard is our favorite spot since there you can enjoy an outstanding seaview to the Atlantic Ocean and Vinha d’Areia beach. We challege you to wake up early to watch the sunrise over the mountains or the sea, depending on the season.
Hi! We are Vitória and Hermínio, a happily married couple from the Azores. We live in Vila Franca do Campo for more than 30 years and we think this is the perfect town in the island to spend some relaxing holidays.
We´re looking forward to hear from you!

Clean and cosy

Herminio had a lot of good tips for us. Vila Franca do Campo is a ideal base to explore the island Sao Miguel.

Modern renovated with beautiful views

Everything inside the accommodation is new and beautifully designed. The backyard has 2 amazing roof top terraces with great views of the town and the ocean. The fruits and vegetables in the garden were delicious

Great property

We stayed for 8 days and were very comfortable. The house has been attractively renovated and modernized. The house is in a ideal location for exploring the town and enjoying the waterfront. Herminio was very helpful and replied to our texts very quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay! Close to beach

It is the most wonderful house we have ever rented! It is fully renoveted with taste. It as 2 wonderfull rooms, a fully furnish kitchen. It has the most beautiful terasse with ocean view and a nice table under raisin. Herminio is a wonderful guest. Very welcoming and ready to help. I recommand this house warmly

Perfect house in a great location. Great mix, Modern & Old style.

We enjoyed it very much, only thing could have wished for was to have a bathroom on the same level. Beautifully laid out. The house and yard is long and narrow, but well contained, designed and well equipped. Great to have all that private space in the backyard, as well as a washing machine, laundry room outside. Very lovely.

Excellent séjour

L’appartement est très agréable et très bien placé . Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin . Nous avons eu un petit soucis de climatisation qui devrait être résolu pour les locataires suivants. Bonnes relations avec notre hôte très disponible.
