Attic with terrace and view on the roofs of Bologna, a few minutes from Piazza Maggiore.



The apartment is on the third floor of an elegant building with an elevator. The entrance leads to the open space, enriched with a wooden floor and a ceiling with exposed beams, which make the room warm and cozy. On the left there is the open-plan kitchen fitted with all amenities, including a dishwasher, a microwave and an espresso coffee machine, while on the right there is the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a TV and a dining table.

The sleeping area consists of a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a wide wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower.



*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.



*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.



Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.



Around 2 km from the apartment there is the central train station, while the airport is 20 minutes away by car.

Urbana 13 Review

This is a very nice apartment, in an excellent location (central, but reasonably quiet), in a nice building. The best feature is a patio with awesome views of the Bolognese hills, rooftops, and some churches.The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen are both well equipped. The apartment was clean, apart from the dirty skylights. My only complaint is that some aspects were not checked carefully by anyone, and as a results, there some missing items (dishwasher soap, etc.), one broken appliance (air conditioner control), and inaccurate wifi instructions. In fairness, they were responsive to my complaints, and the agent was very nice about coming back to the apartment to check these issues. But I would rent the apartment again, since it was comfortable, convenient, and attractive.

Cleanliness was an issue for us...

First to point out the good things... Location and the rooftop area. Both were amazing. The cleanliness of the kitchen and shower was not good at all. You could tell that previous renters put away dirty dishes, in fact, most of the dishes, glasses and pans were dirty. The Moka Pot had bubbly slimy mold growing in it, the Nespresso water tank looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The shower and refrigerator gasket also had mold growing in them. The property management company did send out a cleaning crew but I'm not sure what they did other than try to clean a few things. They certainly didn't check the dishes for cleanliness. They did get the mold cleaned up in the shower. I didn't notice the mold in the refrigerator gasket until after they left.I like to cook when I travel. This is one of the main reasons that I choose VRBO's over hotels. I enjoy going to the fresh markets and cooking. This kitchen was unusable due to the cleanliness, a fair amount of the dishes and bowls were either cracked or chipped, the ceiling height and how dark it is in the kitchen. The ceiling height is an issue in several places in the apartment. If you are taller than 5'7, be prepared to hit your head. This includes the shower. The apartment does have about 12 stairs that you have to climb after you get out of the lift. I cannot recommend this apartment to anyone unless you are staying there for the location and rooftop deck only.

Großes Apartment (3.Stock, Lift) mit schöner Dachterrasse. Grandioser Ausblick. Tolle Lage und ruhig obwohl am Rande des Zentrums. Unbedingt Radfahren! Ausstattung des A. nicht mehr ganz neu aber gut. Sehr gute Küche gleich unten, unter den Arkaden. Reservieren für "fuori" = draußen sitzen.

Super vacances à Bologne

Belle ville, belles rencontres. Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Très bien situé. Terrasse comme on l'attendait, belle vue sur les toits de Bologne. Merci à l'agence de Wonderful Italy pour nous avoir facilité notre départ et à leur gentillesse.

Schöne Wohnung leider mit Abstrichen

Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral nur wenige Minuten von der Piazza Magiore entfernt. Gut ausgestattet und mit sehr schöner Terrasse. Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte perfekt. Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung unter dem Dach, ABER!!!! Leider ein aber, die Sauberkeit!! Die Wohnung bedarf einmal einer gründlichen Reinigung vom Dachfenster, Schränke innen und die Küche.
