The apartment is located on the border between Torremolinos and Benalmadena only 8 min walk from the trainstation in El Pinillo with several grocery stores and restaurants just around the corner, the area is quiet and safe with a lovely mix of international and local residents.Walking to the beach takes scarcely 10-15 minutes and also to the port of Benalmadena which is one of Europe's most beautiful and well-equipped for us who do not have a boat there with its 20's restaurants from all corners of the world, shopping and activities like day trips by boat , jet skiing rentals, dolphinarium, Prison Island and much more! The property is spread over a large, bright and modernly decorated living room with smart TV and fast internet, a fully equipped kitchen with mountain views, 2 bedrooms of which the master bedroom is equipped with an ensuite, plus an additional bathroom. There is also a large balcony with barbecue and long table in the south-west position, perfect for the big communal breakfasts, lunches and dinners, there is also a "solarium" as it is called in Spanish, a large roof terrace with 360 views and a lounge area as well sunbeds.
