This modern and fully equipped 3-bedroom apartment is ideally located in Middle Views, El Higuerón—one of the area’s most desirable spots, set at the bottom of the hill with easy access to the beach and amenities. Guests can enjoy two communal pools, a gym, and excellent transport connections, with Carvajal train station directly opposite the complex, offering direct links to Málaga city, the airport, and Fuengirola.

The area offers excellent restaurants, beach access, and a free shuttle bus connecting the train station, beach, spa, padel club, and local shops.

Please note: Construction is ongoing in the area, pool availability may be affected by regional water restrictions, and pool opening times vary seasonally.



The Space:

***Please note that the large pool is undergoing renovation from March 15 to June 15. From June 15 onwards, it will be open daily between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.



The apartment features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space for six, and a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV. Large sliding doors lead to a spacious south-facing terrace with stunning Mediterranean sea views, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds, all with storage, and one bedroom has direct terrace access.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, private garage parking, and included bed linen and towels.



One set of bed linen and towels is included per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to this magnificent apartment located in exclusive El Higueron and just a stone's throw from the Mediterranean and the noise of Fuengirola. Here you come looking for a luxury home with gym and pool near the beach.



At the train station there is also a free bus every half hour that takes you to the beach, Hilton Hotel, Nagomi Spa, El Higueron Padel and up to Carrefour where there are also some restaurants and cafes,



On the promenade closest to the apartment, there are several restaurants that are high on Tripadvisor's list in Fuengirola, including La Tabla del Rey, Mias Pizzorante and Los Marinos Jose (which has also been mentioned in the Micheling guide)



Getting Around:

At the train station there is also a free bus every half hour that takes you to the beach, Hilton Hotel, Nagomi Spa, El Higueron Padel and up to Carrefour where there are also some restaurants and cafes,

- There is construction going on in the area

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
