The building has a common entrance, lift access, and is situated on Rua Ivens, behind the Funchal Municipal Garden, close to the main attractions of Funchal.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There is no private parking.

The city centre offers information on a variety of activities, from cultural to nature-related.

GETTING AROUND
The best way to reach the property is by transfer, which can be arranged with local partners and is cheaper than airport taxis. If you rent a car, navigation apps can easily find the address.

The team is always available to help or answer questions, with an app provided for important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior); otherwise, it is subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A municipal tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. A payment link will be provided upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
