We would stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying in the unit! We loved how close it was to the pool. Walking distance to the beach and all the little shops around it. It was very clean. We were able to get in a couple hours before actually check in time. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, etc. They also had beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys for the kids. Only down side was the beds! They were very hard and uncomfortable(memory foam). Other than that we enjoyed our stay here. If we came again we would stay here.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here for a week and really loved the location! A few small annoying inconveniences like zero salt/pepper, sugar, or any of the things needed for cooking so you have to buy literally every ingredient for cooking. My only real complaint is with the beds. The beds are very firm and not comfortable. Pillows aren’t great either. Sheets are crispy and not soft. Just wish i would have read a review stating this in advance and I would have brought my own pillow at least. Again minor, but kids were so excited for the big bath tub and were upset the jets didn’t work. Also weird sediment was coming out of the drain or spout into the bath so that grossed them out. Lastly, the couch is a pullout but very very thin and uncomfortable mattress there too. Don’t plan on adults sleeping there. To end on a good note since the rental was mostly a great experience I will note that they do have umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, and baby gate for you to use! Maybe mention this in the listing so your renters know they don’t need to pack all this! This was great to see. A small gesture would be to provide a utility wagon to help get families to the beach :)Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am (an hour before checkout) which was a little annoying.

Wonderful bachelorette trip

We loved this property and location! We had a bit of trouble getting in touch with the owner to get inside upon check in and additionally were unaware of not having any extra trash bags and limited toilet paper/paper towels for 10 people staying for 3 nights. Would have easily brought some from home if we had known. Other than that, we LOVED our location and this property! It was so clean, close to the beach, and fit everyone comfortably. Would highly recommend for groups!!!

Great location!

The unit was just as advertised and perfect for 7 people! The loft room was great for 2 teenage boys. The family/dining room was spacious and perfect for playing family games. The unit was very clean a d does have a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. We LOVE Gulf Place and would definitely stay here again if we needed a place for 7 people.

Great spot for family vacation!

I just returned from my third stay in Gulf Place, and once again, it did not disappoint! The townhouse was super clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic family vacation. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the area. The main bedroom was amazing, and the twin beds on the third floor were surprisingly comfy. Just a heads up: the two full-size beds have a futon quality to them, which might not be for everyone. We did experience a brief hot water issue, and although no one came to address it, it didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment. I would definitely stay here again!

Great 2 weeks

Very enjoyable and pleasant experience. Property was perfect for the 2 weeks we had planned. We will stay at this property again in the future - probably a little closer to the swimming pool, but definitely on this property. We have stayed in this property complex 2 times in the past. Very top-notch.

Good Location Off Busy Streets & SB'ers

Good quiet location off busy beachfront streets. Great functional layout with lots of room and privacy. Easy to walk and bike to nearby restaurants, beach etc. Would book again!

Annual family vacation

The townhouse my family and stayed in for a week was beautifully decorated, well appointed, is located in a quieter section of Gulf Place and it's a short walk to several shops and restaurants as well as the beach access. I want to thank the young lady who cleaned our townhouse. She needs to be recognized for her outstanding work! You cannot go wrong with this rental.

Great place

Place was great and plenty of space. The only thing I would recommend is possibly adding food storage (I.e. Tupperware type containers). We take food to the beach everyday and ended up going and buying some. Other than this, it was perfect for my family

Great Place to Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Mojo Found located in Gulf Place. The unit was clean and had plenty of room for our family. It is a great location to restaurants, shops and the beach.

Great place to stay

This property had everything we needed for a week stay. Everything was clean and in good order. Just a short five minute walk to the beach and within easy driving distance of many local attractions in Destin in Panama City. We had a great time.

Awesome Experience & Home/Location

Very nice house and great location. Very well equipped and had everything we needed. Easy access and parking. Awesome pool short distance from home. Excellent proximity to the beach and amenities. Close walk to everything, and short drive to many restaurants and shopping. Would love to come back.

Great Property and Location!

We frequently visit this area 2 to 3 times a year This property was exceptionally clean !!! Only a few complaints the stopper for thé upstairs bathroom was missing and property was advertised with 2 bikes included and there were no bikes! I believe also that when everything is being booked on VRBO, everything should be done through their app to avoid confusion There was a separate app that was sent through the rental company and nothing on that app is updated!! Overall a great stay!
