Island Breeze at Gulf Place, large townhome, FREE golf cart with 7 night stay!

Paradise awaits you at Island Breeze, a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3 story 2500 square foot townhouse in the heart of Gulf Place. Seaglass colors and beach house finishes will delight from the moment you walk in the door.

You will enter on the ground level. Up a flight of stairs, you will find the main living area where you will enjoy a huge living area, dining room, kitchen, powder room, and game room complete with games, puzzles, cards, and best of all - a sit-down 2 player arcade game. A full laundry room completes the main living area.

Up to the top floor, you will find a large perfectly appointed main bedroom with king size bed, and an ensuite bath, with a large tile shower and dual vanity. Walk out to the balcony to see peek-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico. The 2nd bedroom also has a king-sized bed and connects to the 2nd bathroom on the floor with beautiful blue tile and a shower/tub combination. The floor is completed with a bunk room to delight all of your youngsters. Two twin beds run along the top of the room with a staircase for each, and a lovely bumped out queen bed completes the room. Each bed has lighting, plugs and USB ports.

The Gulf Place community has 3 swimming pools available to all guests, all of which are heated in the fall, winter, and spring months. There are 3 private deeded beach accesses, which means there will be plenty of sugar white sand for all of you. You will also find a tennis courts, pickleball court, a green space, and multiple shops, ice cream, and dining options within easy walking distance to sample during your stay. Watch the sunset over seafood delights at Shunk Gulley, enjoy pizza on the rooftop patio from Pizza by the Sea, enjoy amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Perfect Pig, and grab the best sandwiches around at the Sub Shack.

The unit comes with a free 6 passenger street legal golf cart for all 7-night rentals. Drivers must be 21 and over and must agree to terms in additional waiver which will be provided before check in. If the terms are not agreed to, use of the golf cart will not be permitted.

*Please note we cannot guarantee availability of golf cart as it could be out at anytime without notice for emergency service if damaged by a previous renter. If the golf cart happens to not be available due to unforeseen maintenance or damages we are not responsible for replacement cart rental or monetary reimbursement.

Travel protection/insurance is not included. You are welcome to obtain this on your own.

Second visit

This was our second visit, and we love this property. It is clean and spacious. The walk to the beach is short and easy, and the beach is never over crowded. We also like the pool. The addition of a golf cart was enjoyed by all.

Family Vacation

Our stay was wonderful at this property and the hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive to our needs. The condo is very spacious and was very comfortable for our family of eight. We had plenty of room! The master bathroom’s double shower was fabulous for showering two small boys simultaneously after a long day at the beach. Our family also loved the arcade game table, boxed games, and beach toys, and proximity to all pools, corn hole, shuffle board, and the beach. The decor was lovely and the kitchen was very well equipped. We did experience a problem with the king bedroom sheets looking unchanged and feeling gritty the night we arrived. We slept on the top cover our first night. The hostess was extremely responsive the next morning when I corresponded and said this was not acceptable and offered to send the cleaning folks back. I chose to wash the sheets myself and we had a clean fresh bed that evening. A damp beach towel was found in the beach closet downstairs that may also have been overlooked by cleaning staff. The hosts were extremely friendly and prompt to make a repair due to a toilet issue. Alison and her husband are great! Lastly, I will mention there is no “dreamy view” of the gulf from the balcony, but we did enjoy the view of Gulf Place. We come here yearly, but this was our first stay with a large group and at Alison’s condo. We will definitely return to this home if our larger group gathers again. THANK YOU for a happy, and very memorable vacation!

Excellent beach vacation

The place was spacious, clean, and less than a 5 minute safe walk to the beach. Having a room to store all the beach chairs, toys, etc right when you walk inside is a game changer for a beach vacation. Alison was a phenomenal host. She was responsive and took care of anything I brought up immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot on 30A

Island Breeze was the perfect spot for our family vacation! We were a family of 6 (grandparents, parents, and a 4 and 2 year old) and we all had our own space. My girls LOVED the bunk beds, they were just old enough to be able to sleep in them. We were right next door in the secondary bedroom and I loved having the king bed and attached bathroom. The grandparents stayed down the hall in the primary bedroom and raved about the giant shower. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. There are a lot of stairs, so just be prepared for that! Beach chairs, floats, etc were provided which was a nice perk. There is only a Keurig coffee maker so come prepared with k-cups! The location is perfect, right across from the pool and a short walk to the beach. We loved being able to walk and get an afternoon coffee at the nearby shops. We never felt like we needed a golf cart or anything. Beach access is tricky right now with a lot of areas being blocked off for private access. We walked down to the public beach access at Ed Walline which was nice because there was a ramp if you have a wagon or stroller, showers, parking, and restrooms. Publix and Walmart are just a quick 10 minute drive from the townhouse which was nice for making a grocery run. There are so many restaurants and shops to walk to and the rest of 30A is easily accessible by car (although parking can be tricky). We would absolutely stay here again. Gulf Place is amazing!

Awesome home!

This is an amazing property, especially for families! Clean, spacious, and the perfect location. It’s an easy walk to the beach, pools, restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed and owner was great to work with!

Great Location

Nice place and clean. Close to the beach, less then a 5 minute walk from door to beach with toddlers. Would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in Santa Rosa Beach.

Excellent property

Everything was great!

The townhouse was large and well equipped. Great location with a very short walk to the beach. The property owner was very quick to respond to questions. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!

Great stay!

Absolutely beautiful home, newly renovated, very spacious, super clean and comfortable. We really loved the area with lots of restaurants and nice, short walk to the beach. Beautiful rental in great area!

This rental was wonderful and spacious! It was new, super clean, and beautifully decorated! Easy access to beach and walking distance to shopping and great restaurants. Great communication and responsiveness from rental agent! We will be back again next year!! Owner had all the extras including beach chairs and umbrellas!
