On the ground floor of the private “Casas Verdes” Complex in the Playa Bastian area of Costa Teguise is Casita Bastian 19, a cosy 1-bedroom apartment.

It includes a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The large salon features dining space and a comfortable sofa seating arrangement and opens to a large wind-protected terrace ideal for al-fresco dining and with direct access to the community pool.

Wifi is included and satellite and large smart-tv keep you connected and provide multi-lingual entertainment.

The apartment can be reached from the parking area outside of the complex via a few small steps, but for guests with mobility assistance such as scooters or walkers the apartment is accessible from the gated pool area via the terrace.

Ground floor apartment with easy access to pool. Apartment had everything that was needed for tge stay. Beds really comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and a safety deposit box was a bonus. Bathroom was clean but a little small and dated, which didnt impact on the stay. Steps at the front door not a problem for us but maybe for anyone with mobility issues. A very enjoyable stay overall.

Really good

Overall the apartment was really good. There was a few very minor issues that was addressed very quickly. The service and communication was excellent. The only criticism is I feel the patio garden set could be updated as it wasn’t very comfortable and very flimsy and the curtains could do to be renewed which let the look down inside. But excellent location and near all amenities.
