Clean apartment and handy for most restaurants/supermarket . Facilities in apartment were good. Very handy for quiet pool but depth of pool unknown and for one not so tall in stature it was an issue. The owner was very accommodating with any queries/issues I had and resolved literally within minutes.

Great holiday in lovely apartment

The apartment had everything we needed for a great 10 days in Costa Teguise. Well equipped and comfortable. Just a short walk down to the beach/promenade and around 10 minutes into the centre of Costa Teguise. Also plenty restaurants/bars in the immediate area.

Great little apartment for two

We had a lovely week in this apartment - our 3rd visit! Very clean and well equipped for a week in the sun. Location is excellent for a quiet and relaxing holiday but with all facilities close by. Plenty of restaurants to try and small supermarkets. Beautiful pool area well kept, as is the whole site. Easy parking. We love the place!

Simply excellent!

The apartment itself is lovely, clean and has everything you need and more. Very comfortable beds. Communication with the host was excellent after booking. We loved the location - a short 10-15 min walk away from the main centre of Costa Teguise with plenty of bars and restaurants close by. We hired a car during our stay and never had any issues parking at the apartment. Will definitely book again and very much looking forward to returning. Thank you!

Fabulous apartment-clean/modern, a home from home!

My wife, 3year old son and I stayed here for 5nights. The accommodation was clean, modern and had everything we needed (the availability of a washing machine was a definite advantage over other apartments we have stayed in). We did not need to travel far at all for good food and entertainment although we spent a lot of time around the pool on the complex and ate in the apartment as it provided a safe haven for our son (locked gated access to the complex meant we felt safe for him to have freedom to explore!) We will certainly be booking again for next year, thanks to Catherine and Mark for a wonderful stay!

Excellent holiday

We had a lovely holiday, from start to finish. A quick cab journey from the airport to the apartment, Catherine gave us all details of what to expect and even provided coffee and milk on arrival. We had everything we needed from bed linen to towels and info on where to find everything. The apartment was lovely and clean . The pool was extremely cold however it was very clean and the whole grounds very well mantained. The beach was on the doorstep and myself and my husband who are runners enjoyed running along the promenade which is on the doorstep. We would def book again in the future.

Lovely quite location apartment

Great apartment in a quite and really nice complex. The apartment is well equipped and always presented extremely well when you arrive. Catherine is also great to deal with throughout the booking process, and has excellent in resort help in the shape of Malcolm. Playa Bastion is a quality complex and very peaceful, yet you are only 10 mins walk from Costa Teguise town centre. The large pool is simply a few steps from the nice terrace and as it's not used by many residents of the complex you almost have use of it to yourself, great! We have been to the apartment 3 times now and when planning a Costa Teguise holiday we always check for it's availability as a first choice, highly recommend.

Playa Bastian, a lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this property and Catherine was a very helpful host and accommodated all the questions I had. The apartment has everything you need to travel light, it is spacious and is well placed for a lovely small beach equipped with sunbeds (12 Euros per 3 beds and parasol), WC and shower and for the main town. We hired a car and this was fantastic, we got a little lost finding the actual complex but we found it in the end. The newly fitted kitchen is lovely and has almost everything you need for self catering, I would recommend a bread knife and some other knives other than steak knives. Whilst the apartment does not have AC using the windows at the front and back creates a lovely draft along with the stand alone fan. The patio is lovely and has a prime spot for the pool area which again is lovely and has plenty of sunbeds for use. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the only criticism would be that it is a little outdated other than the kitchen. We would recommend this apartment.

Fantastic apartment and great location!

My friend and I stayed in this apartment for 9 nights in Aug/Sept. We arrived at midnight but the key safe meant there was no hassle for us getting in. The apartment is lovely - it has a spacious lounge and everything you need in the kitchen! We travelled light (hand luggage only) so it was fabulous that towels, iron, hairdryer etc were provided. The patio is lovely and the poolside was never busy. I love that you are literally right next to the pool and can pop back into the apartment to grab a drink etc. There is a supermarket just across the road and the bus stop is a couple of minutes walk away. There is also a taxi rank and cash machine just on the main road. If you like excursions, see James at the little booth near the reception area. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby, and a few pubs - some with live music. Make sure you take a walk to the Plaza Pueblo Marinero and if you can only do this once, there is a market on Friday evenings. We love Costa Teguise - this was my 5th trip in 3 years! We've already tried to rebook for Xmas but it was full, so snap it up if it's available! The communication from Catherine was great. Make sure you look for the red booklet in the house - we didn't find this until our last day!!Thanks Catherine and Mark - we hope to stay at your lovely apartment again soon!

La eleccion fue un acierto. El apartamento esta muy bien y es un sitio perfecto para pasar unos dias de vacaciones. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias. Disfrutamos mucho los dias que pasamos. La comunicacion con los dueños fue rapida.

Peccato...

Purtroppo, non abbiamo trovato la casa pulita, macchie di sugo vecchio in cucina, posate non molto pulite. Il brutto è che abbiamo trovato scarafaggi che giravano per la casa. Inaccettabile! La mattina del check out, previsto per le 10:00, alle 09:00 bussavano alla porta per vedere se eravamo pronti per lasciare la casa. Peccato ... Prezzo qualità non sufficienti !
