Almodovar Apartment with balcony:
A beautiful two bedrooms apartment for 6 people near the Sant Antoni Market.

Our two bedrooms apartment well decorated and cosy, perfect place for your stay in the center of Barcelona.

You will find a nice full equipped kitchen and a dinning room area with chairs and table.

There are one double bed in each bedrooms and one sofa bed in the salon, tastefully decorated like the rest of our apartment. Finally you can enjoy the bathroom with shower.

The district of Sant Antoni Paralelo, is a good compromise if you want be close to the Ramblas and to the Fira in Plaza España. You are in the theater district, Apolo, Molino and many others and can find everything you need at your fingertips. The area is very well served by public transportation: metro L2 and L3 and you even have the bus that will take you directly to the beach.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift.





-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit.
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.












Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.


Barcelona city tax not included: 6,25€ per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
