Located on the fourth floor, the apartment is perfect for up to 5 guests.

The main living area features a bright open-plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, and everything needed for cooking. The apartment is modern, luminous, and welcoming, with a small balcony where the wooden table will likely become your favorite spot to enjoy your morning coffee while admiring Montjuïc hill.

The master bedroom offers a large double bed and ample storage space.

The second bedroom, ideal for children, features a trundle bed (two single beds placed together but prepared with separate bedding), creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

Two additional guests can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room.

The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet.

High-speed Internet, air conditioning, and heating are included to ensure a pleasant stay.

Location
The Plaza España / Poble Sec neighborhood is an ideal area in Barcelona for several reasons. It is a lively district with a nearby shopping center and located at the foot of Montjuïc hill, home to one of the city's most important museums.

Just 10 minutes from the apartment, you can enjoy the Magic Fountain show — a must-see experience during your stay in Barcelona.

If you are traveling for business, the apartment is next to Fira de Barcelona, which hosts some of Europe’s most important congresses.

The area is also very well connected by public transport, including the Aerobús and metro lines L1 and L3, only 4 stops from Plaça Catalunya and 3 stops from Las Ramblas.

House Rules
Minimum age:Groups under 25 years old are not allowed.

Noise:Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Authorities may retain part or all of the security deposit in case of disturbances.

Smoking:Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Fine between 50 € and 250 €.

Pets:Pets under 10 kg are allowed upon prior request (20 € additional charge).

Noise monitor:The apartment is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector, which measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Any attempt to disconnect the device or exceed the permitted noise level may result in a fine between 50 € and 250 €.

Towels:The provided bath towels may not be used at the beach. Otherwise, a fee of 12 € per towel will be charged.

Check-in and Fees
Standard check-in:Between 14:00 and 20:00.

Late arrivals:

After 20:00: 30 € supplement.

After midnight: 50 € supplement.

After 1:00 AM: 10 € per additional hour.

Check-in on Sundays and public holidays:30 € supplement.

In accordance with local regulations, we are required to verify the passport or ID information of all guests.

Tourist tax:6.25 € per night, per person over 16 years old, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the municipal tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
