Condo was in a great location, convenient to everything, and had everything I needed. It was a 5-10 min walk to the beach. Great view. The only drawback was that instead of listening to the waves from the balcony, I could only hear the rooftop equipment of the hotel next door.

This is a great unit in the middle of everything. We could walk to the beach, many restaurants and the grocery store was 3-4 blocks away. Would def stay again.

Great Experience

Quaint little place. Perfect for a couple. Melinda and Maria were both very responsive and lovely to speak with. Mattress was very comfortable. Linens and towels all fresh. The studio itself has such island vibes so don’t be surprised it’s not modern. can tell they actually clean. I’d stay again.

There was no running water for most of our stay. Water was only available on a strict schedule (7–8am, 12–1pm, 7–8pm). Outside of those windows, there was no ability to shower, brush teeth, or flush toilets. Even during the water window, the shower was only lukewarm due to a very small, outdated electrical heater that was not disclosed. Other surrounding buildings were receiving large water deliveries. Planning a vacation around one-hour water slots is unreasonable especially when booking excursions. We had to buy bottled water just to brush our teeth and ultimately purchased gym passes nearby to shower.The host showed no compassion or accountability, repeatedly stating the issue was not just her unit and therefore not her responsibility. She offered no proactive solution. It took over three hours on the phone with Vrbo (across three calls) to reach her. She resisted relocation and only offered a 15% discount, which she made clear she did not believe she owed.The building’s water issue was known. Residents said it happened two months prior for 10 days, and a posted notice during our stay indicated 15 days of restricted water service.Additionally, the property is listed as “beachfront,” but there is no direct beach access. The nearest access point is about a 10-minute walk through a public path.Other issues: fire alarm blared for two hours overnight; pool was unusably cold; communication was extremely difficult.Lack of water was one issue — lack of empathy was worse.

Overall a good stay. Excellent location close to many restaurants, bars and casinos. Studio was clean and everything was labeled which was great. Building was good although there was some construction being done by entance. There is no direct access to beach. bawas veares

Great location

The location of this unit was really great. Lots of restaurants to walk to and security was top notch. Just a little too far from the beach for me. But, great for anyone who doesn’t mind walking a few blocks. Otherwise, great value for the price.

Location was close to literally everything! Condo was nice and clean and loved that they provided us with games, Bluetooth speaker, snacks etc, however there was a few things that were not working (ex: washer/dryer, microwave, stove top) and only had hot water to bathe in.

great location! nice ocean view!

The studio is nice and clean. Great view of the ocean off the balcony and even from the bed! As far as the shower water it is lukewarm but could be a bit hotter. The unit has all you need just bring a few clothes and your toothbrush! It was perfect close to everything! I recommend and will come back to this property.

Great location. Close to restaurants and couple of stores. Traffic noise was a issue for a loght sleeper. Lots of house rules. Some understandable some a little overboard. Cooler beachchair available was good. No beach access at all.. gota walk about 3 blocks. The motel/casino next door WILL NOT let u use theres. Overall a good place for the price especially because of the location

Thank you for your feedback. The house rules primarily consist of the standard condominium regulations. The beach is just a two-block walk and the El San Juan Hotel/Fairmont Casino that is next door, is a luxury Hotel, they restrict the private beach access to their guests, which is understandable given their pricing. But they do allow anyone to utilize their beach bar, using the entrance on the beach. 🇵🇷

Couples' Romantic Getaway

This place has the perfect location, an amazing view, helpful security staff, a pool, and is not far from the airport. Five minutes walk from all the 24 hour stores, we were able to go buy groceries at the Pueblo Supermarcado and walk along the strip exploring all the different restaurants nearby. I enjoyed Los Platos, Jovinita, and Mi Casita. It's also next to the Fairmount hotel where you can gamble or have amazing cocktails while dancing salsa to the house band. If you like to snorkel, you have beach access and can swim to a little island out front. (We were actually able to see sea turtles.) Plus, all the beaches rent chairs for less than $5 and I felt safe leaving my stuff alone to snorkel. I will definitely return to this magical island!
