Bela Baia is a beautiful, modern apartment with sea view in a quiet residence with communal heated swimming pool (50m2 - 180cm deep - heated) located in Salir do Porto in Portugal (Leira, Silver Coast) at 85km from Lisbon Airport.
Salir do Porto is situated on the quiet side of the bay of Sao Martinho do Porto. From Salir you can cycle or walk via a wooden footpath all the way around the bay to Sao Martinho do Porto. In Sao Martinho do Porto, there is a pleasant promenade with various restaurants and cafes.
This is a beautiful location with heated pool and underground garage. The flat for 6 persons with pool in Salir do Porto is located on the 1st floor. The interior is modern and well maintained with all comfort. There are 2 terraces overlooking the pool and the natural bay and the sea.
At the swimming pool there are 6 private sun loungers and 1 parasol exclusively for this flat. The pool is heated with a special system based on solar energy (solar heating - temperature of the pool depends on the outside temperature).
The location is unique because of the extensive beaches, panoramic views and beautiful nature.
