Fantastic Florence

We stayed 5 nights in this absolutely perfect apartment! The location is a 5 minute walk from the train station and close to everything! Check in was a breeze - so accommodating and informative!

We had an amazing time!

Amazing place! Well situated in the city centre, everything is at walking distance. We were 6 people and the apartment is well equipped for this group size. Absolutely worth going to Florence and staying in this apartment!

We loved our stay here. The location is ideal - a few minutes walk to the train station, the cathedral/duomo, the Ponte Vecchio bridge. We were very comfortable, and highly recommend staying here.

Great stay in Florence, in a wonderful apartment!

Wow! What an amazing apartment. Our family of six stayed here for four days and we were totally blown away. Beautiful, clean, comfy beds, and central to Florence’s city center. Overall, great place to stay - we would definitely stay here again.

We were really looking forward to our stay at this condo, but it unfortunately did not meet expectations. When we arrived, the bedding was not clean — the sheets were stained and had hairs on them, and there was a visible amount of dust and debris under the beds. We also discovered that the furniture was very dirty and, and we ended up having to purchase a blanket just to cover the couch. The overall quality of the furnishings felt very cheap and did not reflect the price we paid for this rental.We also had to buy our own bedding and cleaning supplies to make the space livable, which was disappointing and shouldn’t have been necessary. In addition, the listing advertised four bathrooms, but there are only three.To be fair, Giovanni and Pascal were both extremely kind and helpful — they were not at fault and did their best to assist us. However, the property itself needs much better cleaning standards, more accurate advertising, and furnishings that match the premium rental price.The location is good, but we hope the owner and management address these issues so future guests can have a better experience.

Very comfortable, beautiful apartment.

This apartment is very nicely renovated. With air conditioning, updated bathrooms and kitchen, it was very comfortable and pleasant for our family. Its in a lovely area with lots of restaurants, and a market where we bought snacks, coffee, etc. The train station is a short walk away, as well as many of the historical sites we were interested in. Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing view of the city

Our group enjoyed relaxing in the apartment after exploring Florence. The view of the red tile rooftops is beautiful and you can see the dome of the Duomo. Everything was just as stated - no complaints. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay!

What a great apartment! Located close to the train station and the Duomo, both are within easy walking distance. Filippo was great, providing a thorough into to the apartment and was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We were delighted to see that the apt was as lovely as the photos. It was spotless and fully furnished with comfortable furniture. Francesca the manager could not have been more attentive and delightful. She responded immediately to questions with a smile and a sense of honor. Her knowledge of Florence was a huge help as she recommended restaurants and sites to see. We could not have had a more enjoyable stay and highly recommend the location as well.

Great place & location

Great apartment, walkable to everything

Perfect spot for all ages of our group, ranging from 17 to 83. Clean, comfortable accommodations that were right in the heart of Florence. We walked everywhere during our mid-April stay, including back and forth to Santa Maria Novella train station, right around the corner. Great communication and information from the owner/property managers. Only 2 suggestions: 1- to leave instructions for how to use the stove. I found the PDF manual online, but still struggled to figure it out. And 2 - some plug-in mosquito deterrents. It wasn't hot enough for A/C, but leaving the windows open meant tons of bug bites overnight!Didn't phase us much, and neither did the rain. We had a great stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great location and set up in the heart of Florence

The apartment is well set up for three couples - one bedroom on the first floor has an ensuite with walk in shower, a second bedroom does not have an ensuite but has access to a full bathroom nearby (note shower is a bit small but standard size) the third bedroom is up the stairs also has an ensuite however with two twin beds, and a large ceiling window that can be opened (also has a shade that can be drawn down) - all bedrooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is well stocked and has a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The in suite clothes washer worked very well and there is a drying rack for drying clothes (did not use the outside clothesline as if items fell off no way to retrieve them). The elevator worked well (limit of 3 persons per trip). We felt the apartment was safe from any intrusions. The apartment is next door to Marione restaurant which was very good.
