Perfect location & stay in Cagliari

This cute apartment is perfectly located right in the center of Cagliari!Bedroom & bathroom en-suite, also has a deck where there is a washer/dryer plus a line to dry Kitchen, living area with table & 4 chairs works for a couple, but the added feature of a pretty big outside area with furniture makes the apartment feel bigger.It should be noted that there is a flight of stairs to get to the apartment, plus another flight once you open the door to get in.

We loved this charming place - the outdoor spaces (two!!) in particular made it extra special and spacious. It’s perfectly located within walking distance of everything in town. Overall, a lovely place but generally a little more worse for wear than the photos let on (stained bedding, couch, etc). If you’re not bothered by this, it’s a lovely spot to stay and delightfully quiet. Also: outdoor laundry space. A dream. :) In the spirit of transparency:The stairs mentioned in the listing should not be undertaken lightly: we are two strong women in our late 30s and it was not super easy to get our suitcases up the two flights of narrow stairs. Just bear in mind if you have anything heavier than a carry-on or any mobility issues. The apartment was not clean. We had to dust when we arrived, every surface. The kitchen was also not clean (food, etc splashed on the drawer pulls). The floors were visibly dirty - we don’t wear shoes inside - and noticed immediately that our feet were black from the dirt. The shower also appears to be covered in black mold. I communicated this to the management company and they assured me it was just from wear of the materials/that they’d bleach it in future, so hopefully that will be clean if you decide to visit! Finally: bring a couple of spare pillowcases. There are three extra pillows (the two on the bed are quite flat), but no pillowcases. There is also a spare duvet but no cover.

Very Good

More stairs from front door to apartment than anticipated. Wifi quit twice but host was responsive with solutions. Very quiet and location was perfect.

A gem indeed!

Cozy little place in the center of it all! Perfect location, short walk to shops, restaurants, train, buses. Apartment well equipped and clean. Washer and clothes line super convenient. Shower and outdoor furniture need a little bit of attention, but not a deal breaker. Still very pleasant. Easy communication with host. Quick response time. Highly recommend this place for your vacation!

A gem in the city!

We stayed for 10 days in September. The property is perfectly located about 2 minutes walk from a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants. Yenne square is only 4 minutes away and everything is easily reachable on foot. Although it is so close to amenities the street itself is quite quiet and with the doors shut there is very little noise. Everything works well, with fast WiFi and very good air-con. Shower has both waterfall and a hand shower and there is a spacious wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and drawers. There are two terraces, one large with plenty of covered seating and the other one which has the washing machine, a sink and a several lines to dry clothes. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend the apartment for a couple. It needs some extra mugs for tea and coffee but apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.
