Villa Segui is a spectacular villa with a pool, just a short walk from Pollensa.



This wonderful, open-plan villa has been fully renovated to the highest standard. It is in the highly desirable Ternelles Valley and has the huge benefit of being in a very peaceful spot, yet only a 10´minute walk (or short bike ride) to Pollensa old town.



The jewel in the crown is almost certainly the garden with a pristine soft, green lawn, beautifully cared for plants, colourful flowers and a very inviting swimming pool. There are sun loungers for all guests and an outdoor seating area with comfortable sofas. Sit back, relax with a book and a chilled drink, or if you are feeling energetic, have a game of table tennis .



And for the cyclists among you, there is space for bike storage. Everything you need to make this a truly memorable holiday!



Villa Segui has a spacious living room, a brand new, designer kitchen with all the equipment and appliances you could ever need, including a state-of-the art coffee machine, and separate wine fridge. There are also three dining areas, a hand-crafted bespoke dining table, a charming courtyard dining space plus a pool-side table



The villa has four good-sized double bedrooms – two of the bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are en-suite with plenty of wardrobe space and have very comfortable mattresses



Guests staying in the master bedroom can enjoy a large terrace with sofas and a breathtaking view of the famous Calvario and the local mountain, Puig de Maria



This really is the perfect holiday villa for a large family, two families sharing or a group of close friends. Villa Segui has it all!

Excellent stay!

Lovely house. Beautiful garden space, easy walking distance into Pollença. Clean and modern interior. Already booked for next year! Sort out the kitchen a bit! The layout is odd, having a whole cupboard for chopping boards is a bit strange.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Villa Segui. The villa is beautiful with a great living area (really comfy sofas too!) and beautiful grounds and pool/patio area. The location was perfect for us, we wanted to be able to walk into the old town and this was a 10 min walk away (flat). Ben and the team from Pollencia Rentals could not have been more helpful and were extremely responsive. We had such a great time and were very sad to leave

We have just returned from a week in Pollensa, staying at Villa Segui.  What a beautiful property and quiet location. Inside and out, it is well maintained and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped making self catering a pleasure. The kids loved the pool and gardens. The villa is an easy, relatively flat, 10 minute walk into Pollensa old town. We had a car but it’s not vital as there’s a bus stop at the end of the roada short walk to the main Pollensa bus stops. We would definitely look at returning in the future.

We have just returned from a week in Pollensa, staying at the newly renovated Villa Segui.  The living space is cool and airy with comfortable sofas and a great dining table. Downstairs are two large bedrooms, both with en-suites, big wardrobes with plenty of  hanging space.  Upstairs there are two more large bedrooms and en-suites, one with a private terrace.  Landscaped gardens and the pool are both well maintained. The villa is a short 10-15 minute walk into Pollensa old town and a short drive to the beaches if Puerto Pollensa, Cala St Vicente and Alcudia.  We will definitely be returning.

Ben was a fantastic host along with the ladies who brought us goodies and checked that everything was to our liking. Then we had a severe storm and we were contacted via E mail to check all was ok and then later in the day we had a personal visit. First class service. Quiet area most of the time! Beautiful villa with all amenities needed. The garden is a true gem and is a credit to the owners. Walk into Old Town is really x15 minutes but doable. Supermarket too far to walk to. We had a wonderful family time thank you
